ÖZET
Amaç: Kamu ve özel hastanelerinde değişik kademelerdeki yöneticilerin görüşleriyle yataklı sağlık kurumlarında yaşanan yönetsel problemler saptanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışmada daha önce Yıldız'ın yüksek lisans tez çalışmasında kullandığı anket formundan uyarlanarak oluşturulan 42 soruluk beşli likert tipi anket kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri 2016 yılında İstanbul, Aksaray ve Kahramanmaraş'taki hastane yöneticilerinden yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Çalışma her ilde bir özel ve bir kamu olmak üzere ikişer hastanede üst, orta ve alt kademedeki 350 yöneticiye ulaşılarak uygulanmıştır. Toplanan verilerin geçerliğinin saptanmasında Barlett's testi, güvenirliliğin tespiti için ise Cronbach's alfa yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Çalışmada yapılan faktör analizi sonucunda, sorular altı faktör altında toplanmıştır. Bu sonuçlara göre yöneticiler yataklı sağlık kurumlarının yönetsel sorunlarını şöyle sıralamıştır; hastane yerleşim sorunları (3,13), insan kaynakları sorunları (2,82), genel idari sorunlar (2,79) ve iletişim sorunları (2,79)'dır. Faktörler demografik verilere göre değerlendirildiğinde yaş, cinsiyet ve mesleki açıdan anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Bu sonuçlara göre, 50 yaş üstü ve yaş aralığı 20-29 yıl olan yöneticilerin personel eksikliği, genel idari, teknolojik ve iletişim sorunlarıyla daha fazla karşılaştıkları görülürken, kadın yöneticilerin hastane yerleşim sorunlarıyla daha çok karşı karşıya kaldıkları saptanmıştır. Bunun yanında, idari yöneticilerin personel eksikliği ve insan kaynakları yönetimi sorunlarıyla daha fazla karşılaştıkları, idari ve hemşire yöneticilerin ise genel idari ve teknolojik sorunlarla daha fazla karşılaştıkları belirlenmiştir. Aynı zamanda, idari sorunların çözümü için yöneticilerin yönetim eğitimine sahip olmalarının katkı yapacağı düşünülmektedir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: The purpose of this study is determination of managerial problems encountered in inpatient health institutions with the views of the administrators which are work at various levels in public and private hospitals. Material and Methods: In this study, a 42-item likert-type questionnaire, which was formed by adapting from Yıldız's master's thesis study, was used. The data of the study were collected from the hospital administrators in İstanbul, Aksaray and Kahramanmaraş in 2016 by face-to-face survey method. The study was carried out in 350 hospitals in upper, middle and lower levels in 1 private hospital and 1 public hospital in each province. The validity of collected data were tested by Bartlett's test and Cronbach's alpha method was used for reliability of data. Results: As a result of factor analysis, the questions were collected under six factors. According to these results, the administrators were listed the managerial problems of the inpatient health institutions as follows; hospital settlement problems (3.13), management problems of human resources (2.82), general administrative problems (2.79) and communication problems (2.79). When the factors evaluated according to the demographic data, it was detected that significant differences in terms of age, gender and occupation. Conclusion: These results showed that female managers are more encountered with the problem of hospital settlement than other problems, while managers over age 50 and aged 20-29 are encountered with management problems of personnel incompleteness, general administrative, technological and communication problems. Moreover, it was found that administrative and nurse managers are more encountered with general administrative and technological problems than other problems, while administrative managers are encountered with problems of personnel incompleteness and management human resources. As a general result, it is thought that the hospitals which were not appropriately planned for health services causes administrative problems.

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". 8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
