ÖZET
 Bu sistematik derlemenin amacı, hemşirelik alanında yenidoğanlarda müzik müdahalelerinin fizyolojik parametrelere etkileri konusunda yapılan lisansüstü tezlerin incelenmesidir. Çalışmada Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu Başkanlığı Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında, yıl sınırlaması olmadan, yenidoğanlarda müzik kullanımıyla ilişkili tüm tezler taranmıştır. Tarama ''yenidoğan'', ''müzik'', ''ninni'', ''beyaz gürültü'', ''fizyolojik takip'', ''yaşam bulguları'' anahtar kelimeleri ile ''ve/veya'' bağlaçlarının çeşitli kombinasyonları kullanılarak, 10 Ekim-10 Kasım 2022 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Taramada müzik müdahaleleri konusunda hemşirelik alanında yapılmış 119 teze ulaşılmış, dâhil edilme ve dışlanma kriterlerine göre araştırma kapsamında 15 tez çalışması alınmıştır. Çalışmaların %73,3'ü yüksek lisans tezi olup, çoğunun (%60) hemşirelik ana bilim dalına ait olduğu görülmüştür. Tezlerin çoğunlukla 2019 ve 2022 yıllarında olduğu, randomize kontrollü deneysel çalışma yöntemiyle (%66,6) yapıldığı ve müzik girişimi olarak sırasıyla ninni (%40), beyaz gürültü (%26,6) uygulandığı saptanmıştır. Fizyolojik parametre olarak hasta takip çizelgesi, puls oksimetre, ateş ölçer ve az sayıda da hasta başı monitörü, APGAR skorlaması kullanıldığı görülmüştür. İncelenen çalışmalara göre özellikle anne sesi ile ninni dinletmenin ve beyaz gürültünün yenidoğanlarda solunum sayısı ve oksijen saturasyonunu, kalp tepe atımını artırdığı; ancak girişim uygulamaları esnasında artmış kalp tepe atımının da azalmasında etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak, incelenen lisansüstü tez çalışmalarında özellikli bir grup olan prematüre veya term yenidoğanlarda müzik dinletmenin fizyolojik parametreleri üzerine olumlu etkileri görülmüştür. Ancak Türkiye'de hemşirelik alanındaki lisansüstü tezlerde müziğin yenidoğanlarda kullanımının fizyolojik parametrelerine etkisini inceleyen sınırlı sayıda çalışma olduğu, doktora düzeyinde ve kanıt düzeyi yüksek çalışmalara ihtiyaç olduğu saptanmıştır. Konuya ilişkin ulusal lisansüstü tezlerin artırılması ve uluslararası düzeyi de kapsayan daha geniş örneklemlerle çalışmaların yapılması önerilir.

ABSTRACT
 The aim of this systematic review is examine of national postgraduate theses on the effects of music interventions on physiological parameters in newborns in the field of nursing in Türkiye. For this study, all theses related to the use of music in newborns were scanned in the database of the Council of Higher Education National Thesis Center, without year limitation. The survey was conducted using various combinations of the keywords ''newborn'', ''music'', ''lullaby'', ''white noise'', ''physiological parameters'' and ''vital signs'' conjunctions ''and/or'', October 10-November 10 2022 was carried out. As a result of the scanning, 119 theses on music intervention in nursing were reached and according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 15 theses were included in the research. It was seen that 73.3% of the studies were master's theses, and most of them (60%) belonged to the nursing department. The theses were mostly conducted in 2019 and 2022, randomized controlled experimental study method (66.6%), and lullabies (40%), white noise (26.6%) as music interventions. To physiological parameters; patient follow-up charts, pulse oximetry, thermometer, and a few bedside monitor, APGAR scoring were used in the theses. According to the studies reviewed; listening to a lullaby especially with the mother's voice, and white noise significantly increases the respiratory rate, oxygen saturation and the heart rate in newborns; however, it has been shown to be effective in reducing increased heart rate during interventional applications. As a result, in the postgraduate thesis studies examined, positive effects of listening to music on the physiological parameters of premature or term newborns, a special group, were observed. However, it has been determined that there are a limited studies examining the effect of the use of music on the physiological parameters of newborns in postgraduate theses in nursing in Türkiye, and need for studies especially at the doctoral level and with high level of evidence. It is recommended to increase national postgraduate theses on the subject and to conduct studies with larger samples, including international ones.

1. TERMS OF USE

1.1. 2.1. "SITE": A website offering different kind of services and context with a certain frame determined by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and it is accessible on-line on http://www.turkiyeklinikleri.com domain name and/or subdomains connected to the domain name.

2.2. USER: A natural person or a legal identity accessing to the "SITE" through online settings.

2.3. LINK: A link enabling to access to another website through the "SITE", the files, the context or through another website to the "SITE", the files and the context.

2.4. CONTEXT: Any visual, literary and auditory images published in the "Turkiye Klinikleri", "SITE" and/or any website or any accessible information, file, picture, number/figures, price, etc.

2.5. "USER CONTRACT": An electronically signed contract between a natural or a legal identity benefiting from special services "Turkiye Klinikleri" will provide and "Turkiye Klinikleri".

3. SCOPE OF THE SERVICES

3.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine the scope and quality of the services via the "SITE".

3.2. To benefit the services of "Turkiye Klinikleri" "SITE", the "USER" must deliver the features that will be specified by "Turkiye Klinikleri". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change this necessity any time single-sided.

3.3. Not for a limited number, the services "Turkiye Klinikleri" will provide through the "SITE" for a certain price or for free are;

- Providing scientific articles, books and informative publications for health industry.

- Providing structural, statistical and editorial support to article preparation stage for scientific journals.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. "USER" agrees and undertakes that s/he will not duplicate, copy, distribute, process, the pictures, text, visual and auditory images, video clips, files, databases, catalogs and lists within the "SITE", s/he will not be using these actions or with other ways to compete with "Turkiye Klinikleri", directly or indirectly.
