ÖZET
 Amaç: Göz bankamızda kornea donörlerinin serolojik analiz sonuçlarını incelemek ve seropozitif vericilerin yaş, cinsiyet ve yıllara göre dağılımını belirlemektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Ocak 2009 ve Nisan 2019 arasında göz bankamıza kabul olunan kornea donörlerinin serolojik sonuçları retrospektif olarak incelendi. Yaş, cinsiyet ve yıllara göre dağılımları kaydedildi. Bulgular: İki bin on beş korneanın 1.036 donörünün serolojik sonuçları incelendiğinde, 97 donöre ait 186 korneanın (%9,23) seropozitiflik nedeniyle imha edildiği görüldü. Yaş ortalaması tüm donörlerde 43±16,0(3-86), seropozitiflik nedeniyle imha edilen donörlerde 53,71±14,1(6-70) idi. İmha edilen gruplardaki yaş ortalamaları HBV pozitifler için 45,4±13,4(13-66), HCV pozitifler için 51,6±11,4(28-70), HIV pozitifler için 40,8±14,9(6-62), Sifiliz pozitifler için 47,0±29,6(26-68), HBV+HIV pozitifler için 59,5±2,1 (58-61) saptandı. Tüm donörlerde erkek/kadın oranı 765/271, seronegatif donörlerde 695/244 ve seropozitiflik nedeniyle imha edilen donörlerde 70/27(p=0,693) idi. İmha edilen gruplardaki erkek/kadın oranı HBV için 40/11, HCV için 10/3, HIV için 17/10, Sifiliz için 1/1 idi. HBV, HCV, HIV, HBV+HCV ve Sifiliz için seropozitiflik pikleri sırasıyla 2009 ve 2018, 2014 ve 2017, 2010 ve 2015, 2013 ve 2014 ve 2010 yıllarında izlenmiştir. Yaşa göre dağılımda, HBV pozitif donörlerin 4 ve 6., HCV pozitif donörlerin 6 ve 7., HBV+HIV pozitif donörlerin 6., HIV pozitif donörlerin 4 ve 6. dekadlarda pik yaptığı izlendi. Yaşa göre seropozitiflik dağılımında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı değişim izlenmezken(p=0,199), yıllara göre dağılıma bakıldığında ise tüm vericiler ve HBV, HCV ve HIV alt grupları için istatistiksel anlamlı fark saptandı (sırasıyla; p=0,016,p<0,001, p=0,022, p=0,003). Sonuç: Seropozitiflik erkek cinsiyette, 60 yaş ve altı grupta daha yüksek oranda görülmektedir. Yıllara ve yaşa göre seropozitiflik oranı öngörülemez seyir izlemekte ve yüksek seropozitiflik oranı önemini korumaktadır.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: To assess the results of serological analysis of cornea donors at our Eye Bank and to determine the distribution of seropositive donors according to age, gender and years. Material and Methods: The serological results of cornea donors at our eye bank between January 2009 and April 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. Serological distribution of corneal donors were assessed according to years, age and gender. Results: When the serological results of 1,036 donors of 2,015 corneas were examined, 186 corneas (9.23%) of 97 donors were discarded due to seropositivity. The mean age was 43±16.0 (3-86) in all donors, and 53.71±14.1 (6-70) in seropositive donors. The mean ages were 45.4±13.4 (13-66) in hepatitis B virus (HBV) positive donors, 51.6±11.4 (28-70) in hepatitis C virus (HCV) positive donors, 40.8±14.9 (6-62) in HIV positive donors, 47.0±29.6 (26-68) in Syphilis positive donors and 59.5±2.1 (58-61) in HBV+HIV positive donors. Male/female ratios were 765/271 in all donors, 695/244 in seronegative donors and 70/27 in seropositive donors (p=0.693). Male/female ratios in HBV, HCV, HIV and Syphilis seropositive donors were; 40/11, 10/3, 17/10 and 1/1, respectively. The seropositivity peaks according to years for HBV, HCV, HIV, HBV+HCV and Syphilis were in 2009 and 2018, in 2014 and 2017, in 2010 and 2015, in 2013 and 2014 and in 2010, respectively. The seropositivity peaks according to decades of donor age for HBV, HCV, HIV and HBV+HIV were observed in fourth and sixth decades, in sixth and seventh decades, in fourth and sixth decades and in only sixth decade, respectively. The subgroup analysis of the serological agents by age was not statistically significant (p=0.199). The analysis of the serological agents by years for all donors and also for HBV, HCV and HIV subgroups were statistically significant (p=0.016, p<0.001, p=0.022, p=0.003, respectively). Conclusion: Seropositivity was more evident in male gender. Seropositivity rate was found to be higher in donors aged 60 years and below. The distribution of subgroup seropositivity rate in corneal donors is unpredictable and the high seropositivity rate still remains important.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
