ÖZET
 Amaç: Bu çalışmada, İnmeye Bağlı Afazide Depresyon Ölçeği Hastane Versiyonu-10'u [Stroke Aphasic Depression Scale Hospital Version-10 (SADQH-10)] Türkçeye uyarlamak ve geçerlik-güvenirlik düzeylerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu çalışmada, amaca uygun olarak, inme sonucu afazi ile tanılanan 65 katılımcı yer almıştır. Ölçeğin geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri, SPSS paket programı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bulgular: Temel bileşenler faktör analizi sonucunda ölçeğin Türkçe versiyonunun faktör yapısının, orijinal ölçeğin faktör yapısı ile tutarlılık gösterdiği görülmüştür. Ölçeğin test puanları açısından alt ve üst gruplar arasında anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin genelinden alınan puanlar ile alt alanlardan alınan puanlar arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı ilişki ve tüm alt alanlar arasında anlamlı korelasyonlar elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca ölçeğin eş zamanlı geçerliğini değerlendirmek üzere kullanılan Hamilton Depresyon Ölçeği ile arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı korelasyon elde edilmiştir (r=0,77, p<0,001). Cronbach alfa iç tutarlılık katsayısı 0,62 olarak, madde-toplam puan korelasyon katsayıları ortalamaları ise beklenen düzeyde bulunmuştur. Test-tekrar test güvenirliği bağıntı katsayısı 0,85 olarak belirlenmiştir. SADQH-10-TR ölçek puanının yaş, cinsiyet, afazi tipi ve dil puanına göre değişiklik göstermediği bulgulanmıştır. İnme üzerinden geçen zaman faktörü ile ölçek puanı arasında ise negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki elde edilmiştir. Sonuç: SADQH-10 Türkçe versiyonunun, inme sonrası afazi ile tanılanan bireylerde depresyon durumunu belirlemek üzere hem kliniklerde hem de hastanelerde farklı meslek uzmanları tarafından geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçüm aracı olarak kullanılabileceği düşünülmektedir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: The goal of this research is to adapt the Stroke Aphasic Depression Scale Hospital Version-10 (SADQH-10) into Turkish and conduct validity and reliability analyses. Material and Methods: A total of 65 participants were participated in the study, all of whom had been diagnosed with aphasia after stroke. The validity and reliability analyzes of the scale were performed with the SPSS package program. Results: The factor structure of the Turkish version of the scale was found to be consistent with the factor structure of the original scale. Also, there was a considerable difference between the lower and upper groups. While there were positive and significant correlations between the scores obtained from the overall scale and the scores from the sub-domains, significant correlations were observed between all sub-domains. A significant correlation was found between SADQH-10-TR and the Hamilton Depression Scale, which was used to evaluate the concurrent validity (r=0.77, p<0.001). While the Cronbach's alpha internal consistency coefficient was 0.62, the averages of item-total score correlation coefficients were determined to be at the expected level. The correlation coefficient for test-retest reliability was found to be 0.85. While the SADQH-10-TR score did not differ with age, gender, aphasia type, or language score, it did reveal a strong negative correlation with stroke onset time. Conclusion: The Turkish version of the SADQH-10 is believed to be a valid and reliable measurement tool to determine the depression status of individuals who have aphasia after a stroke in clinics and hospitals.

1. TERMS OF USE

"Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
