ÖZET
 Ağrı hissi, biyolojik bir tepki olarak ortaya çıktığı düşünülse de sadece biyolojik olarak açıklanamayacak kadar karmaşık bir olaydır ve sosyal-kültürel-psikolojik yönleri de bulunmaktadır. İnsan vücudunda birçok olumsuz duruma neden olmakla birlikte bireyin konforunu olumsuz etkilemektedir. Ağrı çok boyutlu bir sorun olduğundan, ağrıyı azaltmak için yapılacak girişimler de çeşitlilik gösterebilmektedir. Farmakolojik yöntemlere ek olarak uygulanabilecek birçok farmakolojik olmayan yöntem bulunmaktadır. Bu yöntemler farmakolojik tedavinin yerini almak için değil, bu tedaviyi desteklemek ve fazla ilaç kullanımıyla oluşabilecek yan etkileri azaltmak için uygulanmaktadır. Aynı zamanda bireyin katılımını da sağlayarak kontrol duygusu oluşturabilmektedir. Ağrının azaltılmasında birçok farmakolojik olmayan yöntem kullanılmaktadır. Bu uygulamalar, farklı mekanizmalar ile bireyi rahatlatabilmekte ve ağrının daha az hissedilmesini sağlayabilmektedir. Aromaterapi, masaj, akupunktur, akupresör, Transkutanöz Elektrik Stimulasyonu (TENS), dikkati başka yöne çekme, müzik dinleme vs. gibi pek çok yöntem ağrı hissini azaltmak için kullanılabilmektedir. Bu yöntemlerin etkisi genel olarak ağrı teorileri ile açıklanabilmektedir. Su Jok uygulaması da bu yöntemler arasındadır. Güney Koreli bilim adamı Prof. Park Jae Woo tarafından geliştirilmiş olup, su; el jok; ayak anlamına gelmektedir. Kulak akupunkturuna benzer şekilde, vücut el ve ayak üzerine yansıtılmakta ve uygulama uygun noktaların uyarılmasına dayandırılmaktadır. Bitki tohumları, mıknatıslar ve çeşitli aplikatör ile belirlenen noktalar uyarılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, farmakolojik olmayan yöntemlerden Su Jok uygulamasının ağrı üzerindeki etkilerinin ele alınması amaçlanmıştır

ABSTRACT
 Although the sensation of pain is thought to arise as a biological response, it is a complex phenomenon that cannot be explained only biologically and has social-cultural-psychological aspect. It causes many negative conditions in the human body and adversely affects the comfort of the individual. Because pain is a multidimensional problem, attempts to alleviate pain may vary. There are many non-pharmacological methods that can be applied in addition to pharmacological methods. These methods are not used to replace the pharmacological treatment, but to support this treatment and to reduce the side effects that may occur with excessive use of medication. It can also create a sense of control by enabling the participation of the individual. many non-pharmacological methods are used to reduce pain. These applications can relieve the individual with different mechanisms and make the pain felt less. Aromatherapy, massage, acupuncture, acupressure, Transcutaneous Electrical Stimulation (TENS), distraction, listening to music, etc. methods can be used to reduce the feeling of pain. The effect of these methods can be explained by pain theories in general. Su Jok application is among these methods. Developed by South Korean scientist Prof Park Jae Woo. Su Jok means hand and foot. Similar to the ear acupuncture, the body is projected onto the hand and foot and the application is based on the stimulation of the appropriate points. Plant seeds, magnets and various applicator points are used for stimulating. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of su jok aplication on pain.

"Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
