ÖZET
 Amaç: Ameliyathane ortamında çalışan sağlık profesyonellerinin, cerrahi dumanın riskleri ve koruyucu önlemlerine yönelik görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı ve niteliksel araştırma türlerinden fenomenolojik yöntem kullanılarak yapılan bir araştırmadır. Başkent Üniversitesi Ankara Hastanesi'nin Ameliyathane Ünitesinde 1-31 Temmuz 2019 ta rihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Örneklem kapsamına, kaç sağlık çalışanının ele alınacağı ile ilgili kesin bir sınır konulmamıştır. Katılımcıların sayısı ile verilerin doygunluğunun sağlanması sonucunda 15 kişi ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Veriler, sağlık çalışanları ile birebir yarı yapılandırılmış, derinlemesine görüşme yöntemi kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Görüşme sırasında verilerinin toplanmasında 'Sağlık Çalışanı Bilgi Formu' ve 'Yarı Yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu' kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, QDA Miner programında tematik analiz yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Bulgular: Tematik analiz yöntemi kullanılarak, araştırmanın sonuçları 3 ana ve 8 alt tema şeklinde sınıflandırılmıştır. 'Cerrahi dumanı bilme, cerrahi dumanı önleme ve cerrahi dumanı yönetme' ana temaları oluştururken; 'farkındalık, öğrenme yolu, bilgiyi uygulamaya dönüştürme, uygulamanın sürdürebilirliği, bilgiye ulaşmayı sağlama, gerekli önleyici ekipmanı sağlama, periyodik muayene ve denetleme' alt temaları oluşturmaktadır. Sonuç: Katılımcılar, eğitim süreçlerinde cerrahi dumanla ilgili bir eğitim almadıklarını, bu nedenle mesleğe başladıklarında kendilerini korumada dikkat edilmesi gereken faktörlere önem vermediklerini ifade etmişlerdir. Bu nedenle cerrahi dumandan korunmak için yazılı talimatların oluşturulması, koruyucu ekipmanların sağlanması, hizmet içi eğitimlerin verilmesi ve belirlenen kuralların uygulanırlık durumlarının değerlendirilmesi önerilmektedir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: To determine the opinions of healthcare professionals working in the operating room about the risks and preventive measures of surgical smoke. Material and Methods: It is a research conducted using phenomenological method, which is one of the descriptive and qualitative research types. It was held in the Operating Room Unit of Başkent University Ankara Hospital between 1-31 July 2019. There is no strict limit on how many healthcare professionals will be included in the sample. As a result of ensuring the saturation of the number of participants, 15 people were interviewed. The data were collected using one-to-one semi-structured, in-depth interview method with healthcare professionals. 'Healthcare Professional Information Form' and 'Semi-Structured Interview Form' were used to collect data during the interview. In analyzing the data, thematic analysis method was used in the QDA Miner program. Results: By using thematic analysis method, the results of the research were classified into 3 main and 8 sub-themes. While 'knowing surgical smoke, preventing surgical smoke and managing surgical smoke' constitutes the main themes; 'awareness, learning path, transformation of knowledge into practice, sustainability of application, providing access to information, providing necessary preventive equipment, periodic inspection and inspection' constitute sub-themes. Conclusion: Participants stated that they did not receive a training on surgical smoke during their training process, so they did not attach importance to the factors that should be considered in protecting themselves when they started their profession. For this reason, it is recommended to create written instructions for protection from surgical smoke, to provide protective equipment, to provide in-service training and to evaluate the application of the determined rules.

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. 8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
