ÖZET
 Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı, renklendirme yöntemi kullanılan lateral sefalometrik filmlerin tanısal güvenilirliklerini ve geçerliliklerini, geleneksel sefalometrik filmlerle karşılaştırmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışmamızda ortodonti bölümünün kayıtlarından, eşit sayıda Sınıf I, Sınıf II ve Sınıf III maloklüzyona sahip 15 hastanın (8 kadın ve 7 erkek hasta; yaş ortalaması 15,6±1,3 yıl) filmleri, farklı çalışma deneyimlerine sahip 13 ortodonti uzmanı tarafından konvansiyonel yöntemle çizildi. İki hafta sonra ise aynı sefalometrik çizim programının renklendirme özeliği kullanılarak çizimler gerçekleştirildi. Her bir radyografide, konvansiyonel sefalometrik analizlerde daha sık kullanılan 22 iskeletsel, yumuşak doku ve dental sefalometrik ölçümü, film üzerinde standardizasyon işleminin ardından film üzerinde 'landmark'ları işaretleyerek gerçekleştirdi. Her gözlemcinin güvenilirliği, sınıf içi korelasyon katsayısı [intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC)] endeksi ile hesaplandı. 0,9'un üzerindeki ICC değeri, iyi güvenilirlik; 0,7-0,9 arası ICC değeri orta güvenilirlik ve 0,7'den az ICC değeri az güvenilirlik olarak kabul edildi. Bulgular: Çalışmamızda, maksiller kesici diş konumlarını değerlendirmemizi sağlayan U1-SN (°), U1-NA (mm) ölçümleri ile mandibular kesici diş konumlarını değerlendirmemizi sağlayan L1-NB (°), L1-NB (mm), Pg-NB (mm) parametrelerinin korelasyon değerleri, diğer iskeletsel ve dentoalveoler ölçümlere kıyasla daha düşük bulunmuştur (r0,800). Sonuç: Renklendirilmiş sefalometrik radyografiler, geleneksel radyografilere kıyasla daha yüksek bir ICC katsayısına sahip bulundu, istatistiksel olarak yumuşak doku ölçümlerinde anlamlı fark bulundu.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: To compare the diagnostic reliability and validity of conventional lateral cephalometric films with colorized methods. Material and Methods: From the records of the orthodontic department in our study, radiographs of 15 patients (8 females and 7 males; mean age 15.6±1.3 years) with an equal number of Class I, Class II and Class III malocclusions were measured by 13 orthodontic specialists with different working experiences. Two weeks later, drawings were made using the coloring feature of the same cephalometric software program. In each radiography, 22 skeletal, soft tissue and dental cephalometric measurements, which were more commonly used in conventional cephalometric analyzes. The reliability of each observer was calculated using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) index. ICC value above 0.9 good reliability; an ICC value of 0.7-0.9 was considered to be moderate reliability and an ICC value of less than 0.7 was considered to be low reliability. Results: Correlation of U1-SN (°), U1-NA (mm) measurements and L1-NB (°), L1-NB (mm), Pg-NB (mm) parameters in our study. values were lower than other skeletal and dentoalveolar measurements (r0.800). Conclusion: Colorized cephalometric radiographs had a higher ICC coefficient than conventional radiographs, and a statistically significant difference was found in soft tissue measurements.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". 4.8. "Turkiye Klinikleri" may give links through the "SITE" to other websites and/or "CONTEXT"s and/or folders that are outside of their control and owned and run by third parties. 8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT
