ÖZET
 Amaç: Bu makalenin amacı, kaynak eşitlik yöntemini tanıtmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Laboratuvar hayvanlarının kullanıldığı deneyler iyi tasarlanmalı, verimli bir şekilde yürütülmeli, doğru analiz edilmeli, bulgular açıkça sunulmalı ve doğru yorumlanmalıdır. Uygun yöntemlerin kullanılması, çalışmalardan elde edilen sonuçların bilimsel olarak güvenilir olmasını ve diğer araştırmacıların yanlış yönlendirilmemesini sağlamaya yardımcı olacaktır. Örneklem büyüklüğünün hesaplanması, hayvan çalışmaları dâhil olmak üzere hemen tüm araştırmaların tasarımında önemli bir bileşendir. Bulgular: Bir araştırmada olması gerekenden daha az sayıda hayvan kullanılması, popülasyonda mevcut olsa bile herhangi bir anlamlı farkın kaybolmasına; daha fazla sayıda hayvan kullanılması ise kaynakların gereksiz yere israfına ve etik sorunlara yol açabilir. Özellikle biyomedikal deneylerde kullanılan hayvan sayısını azaltmak hem etik nedenler hem de hayvan kullanılarak yapılan araştırmaların pahalı ve zaman alıcı olması nedeni ile önemlidir. Sonuç: Bilimsel dergilerde hakemlik yapanlar, finansman kuruluşları ve etik inceleme komiteleri, yanlış olmasına rağmen örneklem büyüklüğünü belirlemede objektif bir yöntem olduğunu düşündükleri için güç analizinin kullanılmasını giderek daha fazla talep etmektedirler. Dolayısıyla laboratuvar hayvanlarını kullanan bilim adamları, güç analizi kullanarak örneklem büyüklüğünü belirlemede baskı altında bırakılmaktadırlar. Ancak, güç analizi yöntemi, örneklem büyüklüğünü belirlemenin en güçlü yolu olsa da standart sapma veya etki büyüklüğü gibi gerekli bilgilere sahip olmak her zaman mümkün değildir. Bu tür durumlarda örneklem büyüklüğünü belirlemenin yollarından biri de kaynak eşitlik yöntemini kullanmaktır.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: The aim of this article is to introduce the method of resource equation. Material and Methods: Experiments using laboratory animals should be well designed, carried out efficiently, accurately analyzed, the findings clearly presented and interpreted correctly. The use of appropriate methods will help ensure that the results of the studies are scientifically reliable and that other researchers are not misguided. Calculation of sample size is an important component in the design of almost all studies, including animal studies. Results: The use of fewer animals than is required in a study may lead to loss of any significant difference, even if present in the population, and the use of more animals may lead to unnecessary waste of resources and ethical problems. In particular, it is important to reduce the number of animals used in biomedical experiments, both for ethical reasons and because the research using animals is expensive and time consuming. Conclusion: Referees in scientific journals, financial institutions and ethical review committees are increasingly demanding the use of power analysis because they think it is an objective method to determine sample size, although it is wrong. Therefore, scientists using laboratory animals are pressured to determine the sample size using power analysis. However, although the power analysis method is the most powerful way to determine the sample size, it is not always possible to have the necessary information such as standard deviation or effect size. In such cases, one of the ways to determine the sample size is to use the resource equation method.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE".
