ÖZET
 Amaç: Bu in vitro çalışma, farklı eğe sistemleri kullanılarak, seanslar arasında kullanılan kalsiyum hidroksitin (KH) kök kanallarından uzaklaştırılmasını stereo mikroskop altında değerlendirerek karşılaştırılmalarını amaçlamaktadır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu çalışmada, ortodontik veya periodontal nedenlerle çekilmiş 75 adet tek kök, tek kanal ve tek apikal foramene sahip insan mandibular premolar dişleri kullanıldı. Dişlerin kuronları, standart kök boyu elde etmek amacı ile mine-sement sınırından itibaren kök boyu 15 mm olacak şekilde elmas separe yardımıyla kesilerek ayrıldı. Kök kanalları ProTaper F4 eğesine kadar genişletildi. KH patı kök kanallarına çalışma uzunluklarında yerleştirildi. Köklerin koronal kısımları geçici bir dolgu maddesiyle kapatıldı. Daha sonra dişler distile su içinde 37°C'de 7 gün boyunca etüvde bekletildi. Sonrasında geçici dolgular kaldırıldı. Kök kanallarındaki KH'nin uzaklaştırılmasında kullanılan yönteme göre örnekler rastgele 3 deney grubu (Reciproc 40, Reciproc Blue R40, WaveOne Large) ve 2 kontrol grubu (negatif, pozitif) olmak üzere toplam 5 gruba (n=15) ayrıldı. Kökler bukko-lingual olarak 2'ye ayrıldı ve kanal içerisinde kalan artık KH miktarı x20 büyütmede stereo mikroskop altında değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Tüm deney gruplarında KH'nin kök kanallarından tamamen uzaklaştırılamadığı tespit edilmesine rağmen Reciproc eğe sistemi, Reciproc Blue ve WaveOne Gold eğe sistemlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede daha fazla KH uzaklaştırmıştır (p<0,05). Sonuç: Reciproc eğe sisteminin kök kanallarından KH'yi uzaklaştırmada Reciproc Blue, WaveOne Gold eğe sistemlerinden daha etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak kullanılan döner eğe sistemlerinin hiçbiri kök kanallarından KH'yi tamamen uzaklaştıramamıştır.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: This in vitro study aims to compare calcium hydroxide's (CH) removal from root canal system between sessions using different file systems under a stereo microscope. Material and Methods: In this research, 75 extracted human mandibular premolars with a single root, single canal, and single apical foramen have been used. The crowns were removed using a diamond bur to acquire a standard root length of 15 mm. The root canals were enlarged up to the ProTaper F4 file. CH medicament was inserted into the root canals at working length. The coronal parts of the roots were filled with a temporary filling material. Teeth were kept in distilled water at 37 °C for 7 days in the incubator. Then, temporary fillings were removed. Depending on the method used for removing the CH in the root canals, specimens were randomly distributed into 3 experimental groups (Reciproc 40, Reciproc Blue R40, WaveOne Large) and 2 control groups (negative, positive), a total of 5 groups (n=15). Roots were separated into 2 sections buccolingually, and the residual CH in the canal was evaluated under a stereomicroscope at x20 magnification. Results: Although CH could not be removed entirely from the root canals in any group, it was statistically determined that the removal of CH was higher with Reciproc file systems than with Reciproc Blue and WaveOne Gold file systems (p<0.05). Conclusion: It is determined that Reciproc file systems are more effective than Reciproc Blue and WaveOne Gold file systems in removing the CH from root canals. However, none of the methods could entirely remove the CH from the root canals.

"Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
