ÖZET
 Gastrointestinal sistem kanser cerrahisi geçiren hasta ve yakınlarının ev ortamında yaşadıkları problemleri belirleyen çalışmaları derlemek ve sonuçlarını tek çatı altında belirtmektir. Bu derleme, ilgili güncel literatür incelenerek oluşturulmuş ve uluslararası rehberlerden önerilere yer verilmiştir. Gastrointestinal sistem (GİS) kanserleri gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerde giderek artan bir halk sağlığı sorunu haline gelmiştir. Fakat sağlık sektöründeki gelişmeler ile beraber GİS kanserlerinin tanı ve tedavi yöntemleri de gelişmiştir. Bu gelişmeler sayesinde kanser hastalarının hem tedavi hem yaşam süreleri uzamıştır. Uzayan bu süreçle beraber evde bakım kavramı gündeme gelmiş ve hala önemini korumaktadır. Evde bakım süreci devam eden hasta ve yakınlarının yaşam kaliteleri de önem kazanmaktadır. Tüm bu süreçle beraber kanser hastaları hastane dışında radyoterapi, kemoterapi ve cerrahi tedaviye bağlı birçok sorun yaşamaktadır. Ağrı, yorgunluk, bulantı ve kusma, iştahta azalma, anoreksiya, kilo kaybı, oral mukozit, enfeksiyon riski, beslenme ve uyku problemleri gibi sorunları çok sık yaşayabilmektedir. Tüm bu sorunlar kanserli hasta ve yakınlarının tedavi sürecini, yaşam kalitelerini, mortalite ve morbidite oranlarını doğrudan etkilediği için evde bakım kavramı güncelliğini korumaya devam etmektedir. Bu doğrultuda kanserli hastaların ve bakım verenlerin ev ortamında karşılaştıkları sorunları evde bakım çerçevesinde değerlendirilmek ve çözümlemek gerekmektedir.

ABSTRACT
 To compile the studies determining the problems experienced by the patients and their relatives who have undergone cancer surgery in the gastrointestinal tract in their home environment and to state their results under a single roof. This review was created by examining the relevant literature and recommendations from international guides were included. Cancers of the gastrointestinal tract (GIS) have become an increasing public health problem in developed and developing countries. However, with the developments in the health sector, the diagnosis and treatment methods of GIS cancers have also developed. Thanks to these developments, both treatment and life span of cancer patients have been prolonged. With this prolonged process, the concept of home care has been brought to the agenda and still remains important. The quality of life of patients and their relatives, who continue their home care process, also gains importance. With all this process, cancer patients experience many problems related to radiotherapy, chemotherapy and surgical treatment outside the hospital. It can experience problems such as pain, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, decreased appetite, anorexia, weight loss, oral mucositis, risk of infection, nutritional and sleep problems. The concept of home care continues to be upto-date as all these problems directly affect the treatment process, quality of life, mortality and morbidity rates of cancer patients and their relatives. Accordingly, it is necessary to evaluate and resolve the problems faced by cancer patients and caregivers in the home environment within the framework of home care.

- Providing scientific articles, books and informative publications for health industry.

- Providing structural, statistical and editorial support to article preparation stage for scientific journals.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
