Bulgular: Katılımcıların %75,3'ü ebe, %13,7'si hemşire, %11'i hekimdir. Soruları cevaplamadaki zorlanma nedeni olarak %46,5'i yetersiz bilgisinin olduğunu, %27,5'i yeterli eğitim materyalinin olmadığını bildirmiştir. Sonuç: Eğitici eğitimleri ve eğitim materyalleri ile gebe eğitimcilerinin endokrin bozucular konusunda donanımlı hâle getirilmesi, gebe okulu eğitim içeriğine endokrin bozucular konusunun ayrı bir başlık olarak entegre edilmesi, bu konuda yapılan çalışmaların artırılması önerilmektedir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the awareness level of pregnant school educators about endocrine disruptors and to determine the place of endocrine disruptors in pregnant education. Material and Methods: Educators of 73 pregnant schools, which were announced on social media throughout Türkiye, participated in the study, which was planned as a cross-sectional descriptive study. Research data were collected online using a data collection form with 39 questions created in line with the literature, including demographic characteristics information form, endocrine disruptors awareness form, and endocrine disruptors form in pregnancy education via an online Google survey. In the endocrine disruptors awareness form, there are 20 statements containing the effects and prevention measures of endocrine disruptors prepared in a 5-point Likert type. Participants were asked to rate the extent how much they agreed with these statements on a scale of 1-5. Results: 75.3% of the participants were midwives, 13.7% were nurses and 11% were physicians. The rate of those who received training on endocrine disruptors was 16.4%, and 17.8% expressed at least one endocrine disruptor name. The rate of those who can count 3 of the endocrine disrupting chemical sources was 79.5%. The knowledge point average of the participants was 4.06± 0.44 out of 5. The rate of those who stated that they informed the pregnant women about endocrine disruptors was 86.3%. 49.3% of pregnant school educators stated that they had difficulty in answering the questions of pregnant women about endocrine disruptors. The questions that pregnant school educators had the most difficulty are about heavy metals (30.1%) and chemical substances (19.2%). Pregnant school educators reported that they had difficulty in answering the questions, as 46.5% of them had insufficient information and 27.5% of them did not have enough educational materials. Conclusion: It is recommended that pregnant school educators be equipped with trainings and training materials on endocrine disruptors, that the subject of endocrine disruptors should be integrated into the pregnant school education content as a separate topic, and that studies on this subject should be increased.
