ÖZET
 Amaç: Araştırma, spiritüel iyi oluş ile doğum korkusu arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırmaya bir eğitim ve araştırma hastanesine başvuran, iletişim problemi olmayan, bilişsel yeterliği ve okuryazarlığı olan 339 gebe katılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından literatür bilgileri doğrultusunda hazırlanan; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Wijma Doğum Beklentisi/Deneyimi Ölçeği [Wijma Delivery Expectancy/Experience Questionnaire (W-DEQ)] A Versiyonu ve Spiritüel İyi Oluş Ölçeği'nden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler tanımlayıcı istatistiksel analizlerden; ortalama, standart sapma, medyan, frekans, yüzde, minimum, maksimum kullanıldı. Normal dağılım göstermeyen nicel verilerin 3 ve üzeri grupların karşılaştırmalarında Kruskal-Wallis testi kullanıldı. Veriler arasındaki ilişki Spearman korelasyon analizi ile incelendi. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan gebelerin yaş ortalamasının 29,66±5,64 olduğu, %30,7'sinin lise mezunu, %79,4'ünün çalışmadığı, %72,3'ünün ev hanımı olduğu, %85,5'inin küretaj, %79,4'ünün düşük deneyimi olmadığı, %52,5'inin 35-38 gestasyonel haftada olduğu, %44,8'inin daha önce vajinal doğum yaptığı, %69,3'ünün gebeliğinin planlı olduğu saptandı. Gebelerin W-DEQ A Versiyonu Ölçeği toplam puan ortalamasının 35,26±21,84 ve Üç Faktörlü Spiritüel İyi Oluş Ölçek puan ortalamasının 131,50±10,47 olduğu belirlendi. Gebelerin W-DEQ A Versiyonu Ölçek puanı ile Üç Faktörlü Spiritüel İyi Oluş Ölçek puanları arasında negatif yönde orta düzeyde anlamlı ilişki saptandı. Sonuç: Gebelerin doğum korkusu düzeyi düşük, spiritüel iyi oluş düzeyleri yüksek bulundu. Spiritüel iyi oluş düzeyi artarken doğum korkusunun azaldığı belirlendi.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: This research has been conducted to examine the relationship between spiritual well-being and birth fear. Material and Methods: 339 pregnant women who applied to a training and research hospital, had no communication problems, had cognitive competence and were literate, participated in the study. Data was collected with Personal Information Form, Wijma Delivery Expectation/Experience Questionnaire (W-DEQ) Version A and Spiritual Well Being forms and all instruments were prepared by the researcher. The data obtained in the research are from descriptive statistical analysis; mean, standard deviation, median, frequency, percentage, minimum, maximum were used. The Kruskal-Wallis test was used for the comparison of three or more groups of quantitative data that did not show normal distribution. The relationship between the data was examined by Spearman correlation analysis. Results: The research, average age of participants were 29.66±5.64. 30.7% of participants were graduated from high school, 79.4% of them had not work, 72.3% were housewife, 85.5% had curettage experience, 79.4% had no miscarriage experience, 52.5% were in 35-38 gestational per week, 44.8% more before vaginal birth that 69.3% of had planned pregnancy. Pregnant W-DEQ A Version Scale total point mean of 35.26±21.84 and three factored Spiritual Well-Being Scale point average 131.50±10.47 is determined. W-DEQ Version A Scale score with three factored Spiritual Well-Being Scale points in the negative direction between middle level meaningful relationship detected. Conclusion: It was found that the level of fear of birth was low and the level of spiritual well-being of the pregnant women was high. It was determined that while the level of spiritual well-being increased, the fear of childbirth decreased.

"Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
