ÖZET
 Amaç: Gebelik döneminde yaşanan doğum korkusu ve annenin doğuma hazır olmama durumu anne ve bebek sağlığı açısından olumsuz sonuçlar doğurabileceği için önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Çeşitli düzeylerde doğum korkusu yaşayan gebelerin korku yaşama nedenlerinin bilinmesi etkili ve gerekli müdahalelerin yapılmasında yol gösterici olacaktır. Çalışmada, gebelikte yaşanan doğum korkusu ile doğuma hazır oluşluk arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel tipte yapılan çalışmaya 190 gebe alınmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında ''Demografik ve Obstetrik Bilgi Formu'', ''Prenatal Kendini Değerlendirme Ölçeği'nin Doğum Korkusu ve Doğuma Hazır Oluş'' alt boyutları kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde sayı, yüzde, ortalama ve standart sapma, bağımsız gruplarda ttesti, tek yönlü varyans analizi, değişkenler arasındaki ilişkilerin belirlenmesi için Pearson korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan gebelerin yaş ortalaması 28,99±5,10 yıl ve gebelik haftası ortalaması 26,81±9,64 idi. Gebelerin %83,70'inin isteyerek gebe kaldığı, %55,80'inin multipar olduğu saptanmıştır. Gebeliği isteme durumu ile doğum korkusu ölçek puan ortalamaları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark saptanmıştır (p<0,05). Çalışmaya katılan gebelerin doğum korkusu alt boyut ölçek puan ortalaması 27,58±6,01 ve doğuma hazır oluş alt boyut ölçek puan ortalaması 28,68±6,34 idi. Doğum korkuları ile doğuma hazır oluş ölçek puanları arasında da istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır (p<0,05). Sonuç: Gebelerin doğum korku düzeyleri, doğuma hazır oluşluklarını orta düzeyde etkileyebilmektedir. Sağlıklı anne ve bebek ilişkisinin oluşması ve sürdürülmesinde bu durumların göz önüne alınması gerekmektedir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: The fear of childbirth during pregnancy and the mother's unpreparedness for birth have an important place because they can have negative consequences for the health of the mother and baby. Knowing the reasons for the fear of pregnant women who have various levels of fear of childbirth will guide effective and necessary interventions. In the study, it was aimed to examine the relationship between the fear of birth experienced during pregnancy and the readiness for birth. Material and Methods: 190 pregnant women were included in the descriptive and cross-sectional study. ''Demographic and Obstetric Information Form'' and the sub-dimensions of ''Prenatal Self-Assessment Scale's Fear of Birth and Readiness for Delivery'' were used to collect data. In the analysis of the data, number, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test in independent groups, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis were used to determine the relationships between the variables. Results: The mean age of the pregnant women participating in the study was 28.99±5.10 and the mean week of gestation was 26.81±9.64. It was determined that 83.7% of the pregnant women became pregnant voluntarily, and 55.8% were multigravida. A statistically significant difference was found between the desired pregnancy status and the fear of childbirth scale score averages (p<0.05). The mean of the fear of childbirth sub-dimension scale score of the pregnant women who participated in the study was 27.58±6.01 and the mean score of the sub-dimension of readiness for childbirth was 28.68±6.34. A statistically significant relationship was also found between fear of birth and readiness for birth scale scores (p<0.05). Conclusion: The birth fear levels of the pregnant women moderately affected their readiness for birth. These conditions should be taken into account in the formation and maintenance of a healthy mother-infant relationship.

1. TERMS OF USE

"Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. 8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
