Histerektomi Yapılan Hastaların Ameliyatlarına İlişkin Bilgilerinin Belirlenmesi

ÖZET
Amaç: Histerektomi yapılan hastaların ameliyatlarına ilişkin bilgilerinin belirlenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı tipte planlanan çalışma, Konya ilindeki iki farklı hastanede yapıldı. Araştırma, histerektomi hakkında bilgi düzeyi yetersizlik oranının %50 olduğu dikkate alınarak, %95 güven düzeyinde örnekleme alınacak birey sayısı evreni bilinen örneklem yöntemi (n=(nt2pq)/[d2(n-1)+t2pq]) ile hesaplanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi 194 kadın olarak belirlenmiştir. Veri toplama sırasında araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan, sosyodemografik bilgiler ve histerektomi ameliyatı hakkında bilgi formu olmak üzere iki anket formu kullanılmıştır. Hastalarla yüz yüze görüşülerek, ameliyat öncesine ilişkin sorular ameliyattan bir gün önce ve taburculuğa ilişkin sorular taburcu olmadan bir gün önce uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler; regresyon analizi ve ki-kare (χ²) testi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Kadınların çoğunluğunun yaş aralığı 45-49 yıl olup (%32); %74,7'sinin menopoza girmediği, %64,9'unun daha önce herhangi bir ameliyat geçirmediği saptanmıştır. Hastaların çoğunluğu ?hastalığın adı' (%77,3), ?ameliyatın yapılış yeri' (%66,5), ?hangi organlarınız alınacak' (%65,5), ?alınacak organların görevi' (%51,5), ?ameliyatın adı' (%47,9) gibi soruları belirtilen oranlarda doğru yanıtlanmıştır. Kadınların %61,7'sinin ameliyatlarına ilişkin sorulara, %58,9'unun ameliyat öncesi hazırlıklara ilişkin sorulara, %42,3'ünün ameliyata girerken yapılan hazırlıklara ilişkin sorulara, %13,7'sinin ameliyat sonrası bilgileri içeren sorulara ve %25,4'ünün taburculuk dönemine ilişkin bilgileri içeren sorulara doğru yanıt verdikleri saptanmıştır. Tüm sorulara doğru yanıt veren kadınlar toplam 32 puan almaktadır. Çalışmaya alınan kadınların tüm sorulardan elde ettikleri toplam bilgi puanı ortalaması ise 11,85±6,39'dur. Sonuç: Histerektomi olan kadınların, ameliyatlarına ilişkin konularda yeterli bilgiye sahip olmadıkları görülmektedir.

Tüm sorulara doğru yanıt veren kadınlar toplam 32 puan almaktadır. Çalışmaya alınan kadınların tüm sorulardan elde ettikleri toplam bilgi puanı ortalaması ise 11,85±6,39'dur. Sonuç: Histerektomi olan kadınların, ameliyatlarına ilişkin konularda yeterli bilgiye sahip olmadıkları görülmektedir.
