ÖZET
 Amaç: Kas ağrıları, spor yaptığınızda ya da yaptığınız spora ara verdiğinizde oluşabilir. Bu, genellikle sıkça karşılaşılabilir bir durum olsa da kas ağrılarının etkilerini azaltmak mümkündür. Spora yeni başladığınızda, bir süre ara verdiğinizde ya da yeni egzersizler denediğinizde birkaç gün boyunca kas ağrıları yaşayabilirsiniz. Bu çalışmada, hayatında ilk defa spor yapan bireylerin egzersiz sonrası hissettikleri ağrı, sızı ve rahatsızlık durumları üzerine araştırmalar yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Hissettikleri bu duyguların normal hayatlarını nasıl etkilediği, cinsiyet durumları ve yaş gruplarına göre karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmalar gerçekleştirilirken Cornell Üniversitesi tarafından geliştirilen Kas İskelet Rahatsızlık Ölçeği ve araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen kişisel bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Kahramanmaraş ilinde farklı yaş ve cinsiyet grubundaki 106 katılımcıya uygulanan bu anket, bireylerin egzersiz sonunda yaşadıkları sorunların hangi şiddet ve sıklıkta yaşandığını, hayatlarını ne ölçüde etkilediğini tespit etmemizi sağlamıştır. Sonuç: Elde edilen verilere göre ilk defa spor yapan bireylerin egzersiz sonrası hissettikleri kas-iskelet rahatsızlıklarının sıklık ve şiddetinin, hayatlarına olan etkilerinde önemli bir farklılıklar olmadığı saptanmıştır. Spor sonrası kas ağrılarının, ilk defa spor yapan bireyleri spordan soğutmaması ve günlük aktivitelerini engellememesi için gecikmiş başlangıçlı kas ağrısı dışında kas yorgunluğu da bulunmaktadır. Bu durum, doğal ve sıkça rastlanır olsa da kas ağrılarının önüne geçmek ve etkilerini azaltmak için alabileceğimiz çeşitli önlemler sunulmuştur.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: Muscle pain may occur when you do sports or take a break from the sport you do. Although this situation is often confused, it is possible to reduce the effects of muscle pain. When you just start sports, take a break for a while, or try new exercises, you may experience muscle pain for a few days. In this study, studies were conducted on the pain, ache and discomfort experienced by individuals who do sports for the first time in their lives after exercise. Material and Methods: How these feelings affect their normal lives was compared according to their gender status and age groups. While performing these studies, the Musculoskeletal Discomfort Scale developed by Cornell University and the personal information form developed by the researcher were used. Results: This questionnaire, which was applied to 106 participants from different age and gender groups in Kahramanmaraş, allowed us to determine the severity and frequency of the problems experienced by the individuals at the end of the exercise, and to what extent they affect their lives. Conclusion: According to the data obtained, it has been determined that there is no significant difference in the effects of the frequency and severity of musculoskeletal disorders felt after exercise on the lives of individuals who do sports for the first time. In addition to delayed onset muscle pain, there is also muscle fatigue, so that post-sports muscle pain does not alienate individuals who do sports for the first time from sports and does not prevent their daily activities. Although this situation is natural and common, various measures that we can take to prevent muscle pain and reduce its effects are presented.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". 8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
