ÖZET
 Amaç: İşitme cihazı uygulamasının başarısında işitme cihazı uygulayıcısı önemli bir rol almaktadır. İşitme cihazı uygulayıcısı odyolojik sonuçlara uygun işitme cihazının seçilmesinde danışmanlık yapar, işitme cihazı parametrelerini belirler, gerçek kulak ölçümüyle ses kazanç özelliklerini doğrular, uygulamanın sonuçlarını takip eder. Hasta memnuniyetini direkt olarak etkileyen bu süreçle ilgili uygulayıcının fikir ve düşünceleri önemlidir. Çalışmamızın amacı, işitme cihazı uygulayıcılarının sorunlarını ve ihtiyaçlarını ortaya çıkarmak için işitme cihazı uygulama sürecine ilişkin düşünce ve görüşlerini betimlemektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışma, işitme cihazı satış ve uygulama merkezlerinde görevli 283 katılımcı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katılımcıların 39'u (%13,7) odyolog, 213'ü (%75,3) odyometri teknikeri ve 31'i (%11) sertifikalı uygulayıcıdır. Katılımcıların cevapları toplamda 31 sorudan oluşan bir web tabanlı anket kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Bulgular: Meslek grupları açısından çalışma deneyimi, çalışma süresi farklıdır. Odyometri teknikerleri diğer meslek gruplarına göre ön lisans eğitiminin işitme cihazı uygulamaları için yeterli olmadığını belirtmiştir. Katılımcıların sadece %29'u her zaman gerçek kulak ölçümü kullandığını belirtmektedir. Katılımcıların %23'ü çalıştıkları merkezde işitme testlerinin yapılmadığını bildirmiştir. Sonuç: İşitme cihazı uygulayıcılarının eğitsel yeterlilik, çalışma koşulları, işitme cihazı uygulamaları, meslekler arası iletişim konularındaki görüşleri eğitim standartlarının, kanun ve yönetmeliklerin gözden geçirilmesi, eğitim sürekliliğinin sağlanması gerektiğini göstermektedir.

ABSTRACT
 _Hearing aid practitioners take a great role in the success of the hearing aid fitting process. They provide counseling for suitable hearing aids, adjust hearing aid parameters according to audiological results, verify hearing aids with real-ear measurement, and follow up with patients. The opinions and thoughts of the practitioner are important regarding this process that directly affects patient satisfaction. To present problems and necessities, we aimed to describe the thoughts and beliefs of hearing aid practitioners on the hearing aid fitting process. Material and Methods_ This survey study includes 283 hearing aid practitioners working in dispensing centers. 39 (13.7%) of the participants were audiologists, 213 (75.3%) were audiometry technicians and 31 (11%) were certificated hearing aid practitioners. Participants' responses were obtained through a web-based survey consisting of 31 questions. Results_ Experience and working time differ among professionals. Audiometry technicians responded that their undergraduate education was not sufficient for the competence of hearing aid fitting compared to other hearing aid practitioners. Only 29% of respondents answered that they always use real-ear measurements. 23% of the participants reported that hearing tests were not performed in their work center. Conclusion_ The opinions of hearing aid practitioners on educational competence, the hearing aid fitting process, job conditions, and communication between professionals suggest that education standards, laws, and regulations should be reviewed_

1. TERMS OF USE

1.1. - Providing scientific articles, books and informative publications for health industry.

- Providing structural, statistical and editorial support to article preparation stage for scientific journals.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
