ÖZET
 Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, Konya ili ve çevresinde yaşayan ve pedodonti kliniğine tedavi hizmeti almak için başvuran bir grup hastanın diş çürüğü yönünden değerlendirilerek, sosyodemografik düzeyleri ile arasındaki ilişkiyi saptamak ve elde edilen sonuçlarla koruyucu tedavi hizmetlerinin gerekliliğini ortaya koymaktır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırma, 5-12 yaş grubu çocuğu olan 500 gönüllü ebeveynin katılımı ile sosyodemografik düzey ile çürük prevalansı arasındaki ilişkiyi değerlendiren bir anket çalışması olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ankete katılım gönüllülük esasına dayanmakta olup tanımlayıcı veriler ve bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki ilişki ki-kare testi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Sosyodemografik düzeyi yüksek olan ailelerin çocuklarında diş sağlığı seviyesi daha iyi bulunmuştur. Çalışmaya dâhil olan hastaların %85,6'sında çürük tespit edilmiş ve ebeveynlerin eğitim durumu, gelir seviyesi ve çocukların kardeş sayısı ile çürük prevalansı arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Sosyodemografik durum ile diş sağlığı arasındaki ilişki doğru orantılı olarak gelişmiştir. Sonuç olarak tüm dünyayı yakından ilgilendiren diş sağlığı konusunda bireysel önlemlerin artırılmasına yönelik çalışmalar yapılmasının gerekli olacağı düşünülmektedir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the sociodemographic status of a group of patients living in and around Konya and applied to the pedodontic clinic in terms of dental caries and to reveal the necessity of preventive treatment services with the results obtained. Material and Methods: The study was conducted as a questionnaire study evaluating the relationship between sociodemographic status and caries prevalence with the participation of 500 parents with children aged 5-12. Participation in the survey is voluntary, and the relationship between descriptive data and independent variables was evaluated with the chi-square test. Results: The dental health level was found to be better in the children of families with a high socio-demographic status. Caries were detected in 85.6% of the patients included in the study, and statistically significant differences were found between the education status of the parents, income level and the number of siblings of the children and the prevalence of caries. Conclusion: The relationship between sociodemographic status and dental health has developed in direct proportion. As a result, it is thought that it will be necessary to carry out studies to increase individual measures on dental health, which is closely related to the whole world.

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". 8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
