ÖZET
 Amaç: Bu araştırma, koroner anjiyografi ve elektif perkütan koroner girişim uygulanan hastalarda mahremiyetin anksiyete üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı tipteki araştırma, Şubat 2019-Ağustos 2019 tarihleri arasında Erzurum Atatürk Üniversitesi Araştırma Hastanesi Kardiyoloji Kliniğinde yürütüldü. Araştırmanın evrenini belirtilen hastanenin anjiyografi laboratuarlarında koroner anjiyografi ve elektif perkütan koroner girişim uygulanan hastalar, örneklemini belirtilen evrenden araştırmaya alınma kriterlerine uyan ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 159 hasta oluşturdu. Veriler, literatür doğrultusunda hazırlanan 'Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu' ve 'Durumluluk-Süreklilik Anksiyete Ölçeği' ve 'Mahremiyet Anketi' ile toplandı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde sayı, yüzde, ortalama, Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis testleri kullanıldı. Bulgular: Hastaların Durumluluk-Anksiyete puan ortalamasının 47,75±8,07, Süreklilik- Anksiyete puan ortalamasının 48,77±6,07 olduğu belirlendi. Araştırmada hastaların önemli bir bölümü mahremiyetin kendileri için önemli olduğunu ve girişim sırasında mahremiyetlerinin yüksek düzeyde korunduğunu belirtti. Mahremiyet anketi maddeleri Durumluluk- Anksiyete Ölçeği toplam puan ortalamaları ile karşılaştırıldığında 'Anjiyografi ünitesinde elbiselerimi ve özel eşyalarımı koyabileceğim kilitli bir dolabım vardı.' ve 'İşlem sırasında odada bulunan kişi ya da kişiler mahremiyete özen gösterdiler.' maddeleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu saptandı (p<0,05). Sonuç: Bu çalışma sonuçları koroner anjiyografi ve elektif perkütan koroner girişim uygulanan hastalarda hasta mahremiyetine özen gösterildiği, hastaların orta düzeyde anksiyete yaşadığı, anksiyete düzeyi üzerinde mahremiyetin etkili olmadığı belirlendi.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: This study was conducted to determine the effect of privacy on anxiety in patients who underwent coronary angiography and elective percutaneous coronary intervention. Material and Methods: This descriptive study was conducted in Erzurum Atatürk University Research Hospital Cardiology Clinic between February 2019 and August 2019. The population of the study consisted of patients who underwent coronary angiography and elective percutaneous coronary intervention in the angiography laboratories of the hospital, and the sample consisted of 159 patient from the specified population who met the inclusion criteria and accepted to participate in the study. The data were collected with the 'Descriptive Information Form' and 'Static-Trait Anxiety Scale' and 'Privacy Questionnaire' prepared in line with the literature. Number, percentage, mean, Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis tests were used to evaluate the data. Results: It was determined that the total mean score State-Anxiety Scale of the patients was 47.75±8.07, and the total mean of the Continuity-Anxiety Scale score was 48.77±6.07. In the study, a significant portion of the patients stated that their privacy was protected at a high level during the intervention. When the privacy questionnaire items were compared with the State-Anxiety Scale total score averages, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the items 'I had a locker in the angiography unit where I could put my clothes and personal belongings' and 'The person or persons in the room during the procedure took care of privacy' (p<0.05). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the privacy of the patients who underwent coronary angiography and elective percutaneous coronary intervention was taken care of, that the patients experienced moderate anxiety, and that privacy was not effective on the level of anxiety.

1. TERMS OF USE

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". 4.8. "Turkiye Klinikleri" may give links through the "SITE" to other websites and/or "CONTEXT"s and/or folders that are outside of their control and owned and run by third parties. These links are provided for ease of reference only and do not hold qualification for support the respective web SITE or the admin or declaration or guarantee for the information inside. Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
