ÖZET
 Amaç: Mastektomi sonrası lenfödemiyi önlemek için yayımlanan YouTube videolarının değerlendirilmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Tanımlayıcı bir araştırmadır. Web erişimi için Chrome ağı tarayıcısı kullanılarak, 'mastektomi ve lenfödem', 'mastektomi ve egzersizler' anahtar kelimeleri ile YouTube sayfasında 15 Aralık 2018 tarihinde tarama yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada, 10 Mayıs 2012-15 Aralık 2018 tarihleri arasındaki içerikler incelenmiştir. Yapılan tarama sonucunda, evreni 261 sayıda video oluşturur iken, 14 videoda ses olmadığı, sekiz video konuya uygun olduğu hâlde içeriğinde birden fazla videoyu içerdiği için ve 189 video da konuya uygun olmadığı için çalışmaya dâhil edilmemiştir. Konuya uygun olup, ses varlığı olan 50 video çalışmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler frekans, yüzde kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Videolarda anlatılan konu içeriklerine bakıldığında en yüksek oranda (%54) lenf ödemin tanımı, nedenleri ve oluşum mekanizmalarının anlatılması yer alırken; en düşük oranda ise (%4); lenfödemden korunmak için iç çamaşırı doğru kullanımının anlatılması yer almaktadır. Videolara mastektomi sonrası oluşabilecek bir komplikasyon olan lenfödem ile ilgili bilgileri yükleyenlerin ilk sırada sağlık alanındaki dernekler/platformların, (%42) ikinci sırada ise aynı oranla fizyoterapist ve hekimlerin (%8) oranında yer aldığı saptanmıştır. Lenfödem konusunda bilgi ve eğitim verilirken, kullanılan en sık yöntem %64 (n=32) sadece sözel olarak anlatımdır. Videolarda lenfödem gelişimini engellemek ya da lenfödemi azaltmak için yapılması gereken egzersizlerin ve masajların bir insan üzerinde gösterilerek anlatılma oranı %28 (n=14) olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Mastektomi sonrasında yapılması gereken egzersiz çeşitleri ve diğer öneriler oluşabilecek komplikasyonların engellenmesinde önemli rol oynamaktadır.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate YouTube videos published to prevent lymphedema after mastectomy. Material and Methods: It is a descriptive research. Using the Chrome network browser for web access, the keywords 'mastectomy and lymphedema', 'mastectomy and exercises' were scanned on YouTube on December 15, 2018. In this study, the content between May 10, 2012-15 December 2018 was examined. As a result of the scanning, the universe created 261 videos, 14 videos did not sound, 8 videos were suitable for the subject, but the content contained more than one video and 189 videos were not included in the study because it was not suitable for the subject. 50 videos with sound presence were included in the study. The obtained data were evaluated using frequency, percent. Results:When the content of the subjects described in the videos is examined, the definition of the most common (54%) lymph edema, causes and formation mechanisms are explained; the lowest rate (4%); Describing the correct use of underwear to prevent lymphedema. It was determined that the associations (platforms) in the first place (42%) and the physiotherapists and physicians in the second place (8%) were the ones who uploaded the information about lymph edema, a complication that may occur after mastectomy. While giving information and training on lymphedema, the most common method used is 64% (n=32) verbal expression only. In the videos, the rate of demonstrating the exercises and massages required to prevent lymph edema or reducing lymph edema on a person was 28% (n=14). Conclusion: Exercise types and other recommendations after mastectomy play an important role in the prevention of complications.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". 8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE".
