Taramada veri tabanı olarak Web of Science kullanılmıştır.

Objective: This study was designed to identify the global trend of research on menopausal symptoms over the last decade and to analyze the conceptual areas of knowledge development in this field. Material and Methods: This study conducted a bibliometric analysis of 2,492 studies on menopausal symptoms from 2013 to 2023, using Web of Science as the database. Data were analyzed with the Biblioshiny interface in RStudio. The analysis included publication counts by year, authors, countries, universities, journals, citation counts, frequently used keywords, and trending topics. Results: In this study, it was determined that the most studies on the subject of menopausal symptoms in the Web of Science database were conducted in 2021. It was observed that Myra S. Hunter was the author who published the most on the subject and received the most citations. It was found that the most studies on the relevant subject were conducted at Harvard University and in the United States of America. It was determined that the keywords menopause, menopausal symptoms, perimenopause, postmenopause, quality of life and women's health were frequently used. In the last decade, observed trend topics related to menopausal symptoms include postmenopausal women, quality of life, hormone replacement therapy, and prevalence. Conclusion: In conclusion, it has been observed that the issue of menopausal symptoms has maintained its topicality in the last decade. It is thought that this study will contribute to healthcare professionals by providing comprehensive analyses and structured information on this subject.
