Objective: It was planned to examine the changes in women's plantar foot sensation, balance and physical performance in different phases of their menstrual cycle. Material and Methods: 24 healthy women between the ages of 20-40 were included in the study. Evaluations were performed at follicular, ovulation, and luteal phase. Plantar foot sensation was evaluated by light touch, vibration and twopoint discrimination sensation measurement. Physical performance was evaluated with the double-leg squat test. Static balance was measured with the flamingo balance test and dynamic balance with the Y balance test. Physical activity level was assessed with the International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form. Results: It was found that the light touch sensation of the dominant side 1st metatarsal head of the participants was better in the follicular phase than in the ovulation and luteal phases (p=0,05). It was found that the vibration sensation of the dominant side metatarsal head was higher in the luteal phase than in the follicular and ovulation phases (p=0,045). It was found that physical performance was higher in the ovulation phase than in the follicular and luteal phases (p=0,001). Static balance was found to be better in the ovulation phase than in the follicular and luteal phases (p=0,003). Conclusion: Changes in the menstrual cycle phases can change plantar pressure sensation, physical performance and balance, and therefore have an impact on them; menstrual phases should be taken into consideration when planning exercise and other physical activities.
