ÖZET
 Amaç: Sinterleme parametrelerinden ısıtma hızının monolitik zirkonyanın translüsensi ve opasitesi üzerine etkisini değerlendirmektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Kırk adet başlangıç boyutları 10x8x1,4 mm olan presinterize monolitik zirkonya örnekler bilgisayar destekli tasarım yazılımında tasarlanıp ardından bilgisayar destekli üretim cihazı kullanılarak üretildi. Örnekler, sinterleme fırınının ısıtma hızına göre (Grup 1: 15°C/dk, Grup 2: 20°C/dk ve Grup 3: 40°C/dk) ve kontrol grubu ile birlikte her grupta 10 örnek olacak şekilde dört alt gruba ayrıldı. Kontrol grubu üretici firmanın direktifleri doğrultusunda, diğer gruplar sinterleme fırının ısıtma hızı göz önüne alınarak, sinterleme sıcaklığı 1.500°C ve sinterleme sıcaklığında bekleme süresi 90 dk olacak şekilde sinterleme fırını kullanılarak sinterlendi ve final boyutları 8x6,4x1 mm olan örnekler elde edildi. Örneklerin L*, a* ve b* değerleri, D65 illuminant aydınlatma koşulları altında sırasıyla siyah ve beyaz zemin üzerinde spektrofotometre cihazı kullanılarak ölçüldü. Her grup için translusensi parametresi ve opalesans parametresi hesaplandı, elde edilen veriler tek yönlü varyans analizi testi kullanılarak p<0,05 anlamlılık düzeyinde değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Yapılan istatistiksel analiz sonucuna göre kontrol grubu ile diğer gruplardan elde edilen translusensi parametresi ve opalesans parametresi değerleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark saptanmadı. Diğer gruplardan elde edilen translusensi parametresi ve opalesans parametresi değerleri arasındaki farkların ise yine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmadığı belirlendi. Sonuç: Zirkonyanın translusensi parametresi ve opalesans parametresi değerleri üzerinde sinterleme parametrelerinden ısıtma hızının anlamlı bir etkisi bulunmamaktadır. Isıtma hızı arttırılarak zirkonya materyalinin optik özellikleri değişmeden daha kısa toplam sinterleme sürelerinde restorasyonlar üretilebilmektedir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of heating rate, which is a sintering parameter, on the translucency and opacity of monolithic zirconia. Material and Methods: A total of 40 presintered monolithic zirconia samples in size of 10x8x1.4 mm were designed at computer- aided design software and manufactured with computer-aided manufacturing device. The samples are divided into 4 subgroups according to the heating rate (Group 1: 15°C/m, Group 2: 20°C/m and Group 3: 40°C/m) of the sintering furnace and 10 samples obtained in each group. The control group was sintered in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, and the other groups were sintered considering the heating rate of the sintering furnace, with the sintering temperature of 1500°C and the holding time of 90 minutes. Samples final dimensions 8x6.4x1 mm were obtained. The L*, a * and b * values of the samples were evaluated by a spectrophotometer on a black and white background, respectively under D65 illuminant lighting conditions. Translucency parameter and opalescence parameter were calculated for each group and the data were evaluated by one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) at p<0.05 significance level. Results: According to the results of the statistical analysis, there was no statistically significant difference between the control group and the translucency parameter and opalescence parameter values obtained from the other groups and also differences between translucency parameter and opalescence parameter values obtained from other groups were not statistically significant. Conclusion: The heating rate which is a sintering parameter, has no significant effect on the translucency parameter and opalescence parameter values of zirconia. Restorations can be manufactured in less time without changing the optical properties of zirconia material by increasing the heating rate.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE".
