ÖZET
 Son yıllarda, geleneksel ve tamamlayıcı tıp kapsamına alınan müzik terapiye dair yapılan çalışmaların arttığı görülmektedir. Genel bir inceleme ve yapılan analizler ile müzik terapi ile ilgili çalışmaların en çok hangi alanda yapıldığı, en çok hangi yayınların atıf aldığı, hangi ülkelerde ve dergilerde yayımlandığı bilgisi elde edilebilecektir. Bu çalışmamızda, ulusal tez merkezi ve Web of Science veri tabanı taranarak, 6.079 çalışmanın bibliyometrik analizleri ile müzik terapiye ilişkin yol gösterici literatür bilgisi sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Türkiye Ulusal Tez Merkezi taranarak müzik terapiye ilişkin toplam 44 lisansüstü teze ulaşılmıştır. Söz konusu tezler, tür ve yapıldığı alan bakımından değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca Web of Science Core Collection (WOS) veri tabanı kullanılarak müzik terapi konu başlığında tarama yapılmış ve 1975-2020 yılları arasında yayımlanan 6.079 çalışmaya ulaşılarak bibliyometrik analizleri yapılmıştır. Analizler ile çalışmalar; ülkeler, dergiler, yayın yılları, yayın sayıları, yayın türleri ve atıflar yönünden incelenmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda; müzik terapi alanında en fazla çalışmanın son 5 yıllık dilimde yapıldığı (n=2.763; %45,45), en fazla çalışmanın Journal of Music Therapy (n=494; %8,12)'de yayımlandığı, araştırmaların en fazla Amerika Birleşik Devletleri (n=1.967; %32,35)'nde yapıldığı, Türkiye'nin ise literatüre 138 makale ile %2,27 katkı sağlayarak 10. sırada yer aldığını görülmektedir. Son yıllarda önemi gittikçe artan müzik terapi alanında en temel ve güncel literatür bulgusuna ulaşmak adına yapılan bibliyometrik analizler ile alana özgü genel çerçeve belirlenmiştir. Bu sayede, tıp tarihinde de yer tutan müzikle tedavi konusuna ilgi duyanlar için hedefe yönelik bir farkındalık oluşturmak ve araştırmacılar için genel bir literatür bilgisi sunulmak istenmiştir.

ABSTRACT
 In recent years, it is observed that studies on music therapy, which is included in the scope of traditional and complementary medicine, have increased. With a general examination and analysis, information could be obtained in which field the studies related to music therapy are carried out the most, which publications are the most cited, in which countries and journals. In this study, it is aimed to present the result of bibliometric analyzes of 6079 studies and information of guiding literature on music therapy by scanning the national thesis center and Web of Science database. A total of 44 post graduate theses on music therapy were reached by scanning the Turkish National Thesis Center. These theses were evaluated in terms of their genre and the related field. Using the Web of Science Core Collection (WOS) database, the topic of 'music therapy' was scanned and 6,079 studies published between 1975-2020 were reached. The bibliometric analysis according to countries, journals, years of publication, number of publications, types of publications and references were made. The highest number of studies in the field of 'music therapy'; have been done in the last five years (n=2,763; %45,45), have been published in the Journal of Music Therapy (n=494; %8,12) and have been conducted in the The United States of America (n=1,967; %32,35) and it is seen that Turkey ranks 10th by contributing 2.27% with 138 articles to the literature. The general framework specific to the field has been determined by bibliometric analysis to reach the most basic literature finding in the field of music therapy expanding day by day. Thus a targeted awareness has been created for those who are interested in music therapy, which also takes place in the history of medicine, and it was aimed to present general literature information for the researchers.

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. 8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
