ÖZET
 Amaç: Triyaj; afet olaylarında mevcut imkanlar dahilinde en çok hasta veya yaralıyı kurtarmak için uygulanan bir sınıflama sistemidir. Doğru triyaj uygulamaları ile yaralıların hayatta kalması sağlanabilir. Bu amaçla yetişkin yaralılar için Simple Triage and Rapid Treatment (START) Triyaj Modeli, çocuk yaralılar için Jump START Modeli kullanılması önerilir. Bu çalışma, hastane öncesi acil sağlık hizmetlerinde görev yapan personelin olay yeri triyajı bilgi düzeyinin değerlendirilmesi için ölçek oluşturulması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu araştırma tanımlayıcı, kesitsel ve metodolojik tipte uygulanmıştır. Araştırmacılar tarafından literatür doğrultusunda 18 maddelik soru havuzu oluşturulmuştur. Kapsam geçerliliği analizi sonrası, 16 maddelik taslak ölçek elde edilmiştir. Araştırma, İstanbul İl Ambulans Servisi Başhekimliğinde Eylül-Aralık 2018 tarihleri arasında, 338 sağlık personeli ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler anket yöntemiyle toplanmış ve istatistiksel analizler için R versiyon 2.15.3 programı kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel olarak anlamlılık düzeyi p<0,05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Bulgular: Kapsam geçerlilik analizleri istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur (Kapsam Geçerlik İndeksi=0,920>Kapsam Geçerlik Oranı=0,780). Test-tekrar test analizlerinde sınıf içi korelasyon katsayısı 0,958 (p<0,001) ve Pearson korelasyon katsayısı 0,956 (p<0,001) bulunmuştur. İç tutarlılık analizinde Kuder-Richardson 20 sonucu 0,563 olarak bulunmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre İstanbul 112 personelinin olay yeri triyajı bilgi düzeyi puanı 5-16 arasında değişmekte olup, ortalama 11,77±2,30 olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç: İstanbul 112 acil sağlık hizmetleri personelinin olay yeri triyajı bilgisi orta düzeydedir. Eğitim planlamalarında triyaj konusunda teorik ve uygulamalı eğitimlere ağırlık verilmesi önerilmektedir. Ölçeğin kapsamının geçerli, iç tutarlılık düzeyinin orta, güvenilirliğinin istatistiksel olarak çok iyi olduğu sonuçları elde edildi. İleride yapılacak çalışmalarda kullanılabileceği önerilmektedir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: Triage is a classification system applied in disaster events to save the most sick or injured within the available possibilities. Survival of the injured can be ensured with correct triage practices. For this purpose, it is recommended to use the Simple Triage and Rapid Treatment (START) Triage Model for adult casualties and the Jump START Model for pediatric casualties. This study was carried out in order to create a scale to evaluate the field triage knowledge level of the personnel working in the prehospital emergency health services. Material and Methods: The research was carried out in descriptive, cross-sectional and methodological type. A question pool of 18 items was created by the researchers in line with the literature. After the content validity analysis, a draft scale with 16 items was obtained. The research was carried out at the İstanbul Provincial Ambulance Service Head Physician between September-December 2018. The study was carried out with 338 health personnel. Data were collected by questionnaire method. The R version 2.15.3 program was used for statistical analysis. Statistically significant level of p<0.05 was accepted. Results: Content validity analyzes were found to be statistically significant (Content Validity Index=0.920>Content validity ratio=0.780). In test-retest analysis, the intraclass correlation coefficient was 0.958 (p<0.001) and the Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.956 (p<0.001). In the internal consistency analysis, the Kuder-Richardson 20 result was found to be 0.563. According to the data obtained as a result of the study, the crime scene triage knowledge level score of the İstanbul 112 personnel ranged between 5 and 16, with an average of 11.77±2.30. Conclusion: The field triage knowledge of İstanbul 112 emergency health services personnel is at a moderate level. It is recommended to focus on theoretical and practical training on triage in training plans. Results of the scale were valid, the internal consistency level was moderate, and the reliability was statistically very good. It is suggested that it can be used in future studies.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". 8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
