ÖZET
 Amaç: Pozisyon verilme sıklığı, cinsiyet, yaş, klinik tanı, kilo, nem, beslenme, hemoglobin değeri, vücut ısısı, Braden Risk Ölçeği gibi iç ve dış faktörlerin basınç yarası oluşumu üzerine etkisinin incelenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi Etik Kurul izni alındıktan sonra (24237859-92 sayılı); yoğun bakım ünitesine kabul edilen ve basınç yarası olmayan hastalar; randomize ve çift kör yöntemi ile seçilerek, her birinde beş hasta bulunan üç gruba ayrıldı. Çalışma, hastalara pozisyon verilmesi ve çıkan sonuçların forma kaydedilmesi şeklinde yürütüldü. Hasta takipleri aynı anda başlatılamamış olup, 1 saat aralıklı pozisyon verilen birinci gruptaki hasta sayısı tamamlandıktan sonra, sırasıyla ikinci gruptaki hastalara 2 saat ve üçüncü gruptaki hastalara 3 saatlik pozisyon verildi ve çıkan sonuçlar her bir hasta için bir hafta süresince forma kaydedildi. Bulgular: Çalışmada, vücut sıcaklığının basınç yarası oluşumunda anlamlı etkisi olmadığı görüldü.. Hastalara ait kayıt sonuçlarına göre, çalışmanın birincil çıktısı olarak ele alınan pozisyon değiştirme süresinin basınç yarası oluşumu üzerinde etkili olduğu bulgulandı. Nemin basınç yarası oluşumu üzerinde etkili olduğu saptandı. Yapılan analiz sonuçlarına göre, hemoglobin değer ortalamasının 10,18±1,37 (min=7,50, maks=14,40) olduğu, basınç yarası oluşumunda etkili olduğu saptandı. Sonuç: Araştırma sonucunda, pozisyon süresinin diğer faktörlerle birlikte basınç yarası oluşumunda etkili olduğu sonucuna varıldı ve sadece pozisyon veren yataklar dışında nem, basınç, hemoglobin değeri gibi dış faktörleri de hastaya özgü hesaplamalar yaparak, sık pozisyon verebilen akıllı tekstil kullanılan akıllı bir yatağın güncel olarak kullanılması önerisinde bulunuldu.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: This research was planned and carried out experimentally in order to examine the effect of position freguency, gender, age, clinical diagnostic, weight, moistue, nutrition, hemoglobin value, heat, Braden Risk Scale on pressure ulcer. Material and Methods: After the approval of the ethics committee (24237859-92 number); accepted into the intensive care unit patients who don?t have pressure ulcers choosed as randomized and double blind then divided into three groups all of them have five patients. The study was carried out in such a way that the patients were given the position and the results were recorded. Patient follow-up within the group did not start at the same time, after completing the number of patients in the first group with one hour intermittent position then respectively patients in the second group were given two hours and patients in the third group had a three-hour exposure throughout one week. Results: According to the results of the research, it was found out that the body temperature had no significant effect on the formation of pressure ulcers. It was found out from the study as the primary outcome of the change in the position of the pressure wound formation. Weight was found to be effective in the formation of pressure sores and according to the results of the research it found out mean hemoglobin values 10.18±1.37 (min=7.50, max=14.40) and to be effective in pressure wound formation. Conclusion: As a result it was clear that the duration of the position and other factors had an impact on formation of the pressure ulcer; thats why we suggested that only the beds giving out position which can calculate external factors such as humidity, pressure, hemoglobin value and patient-specific calculations used in smart beds that can position frequently within used in smart textil in routin.

"Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
