ÖZET
 Amaç: Bireylerin sağlıklı yaşam farkındalığı düzeylerini ölçen geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirilmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırma, Isparta ilinde ikamet eden bireyler ve Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesinde öğrenim gören lisansüstü öğrenciler olmak üzere iki farklı örneklemde ve dört farklı çalışma grubu olmak üzere toplam 758 birey üzerinden yürütülmüştür. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından ilgili literatür ve konuyla ilgili ölçekler incelenerek oluşturulan taslak ölçek formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada ölçeğin kapsam ve görünüş geçerliliği için uzman görüşlerine başvurulmuş, yapı geçerliliği için açıklayıcı faktör analizi (AFA) ve birinci ve ikinci düzey doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) yapılmış, ölçüt geçerliliği için ise Sağlıklı Yaşam Farkındalığı Ölçeği (SYFÖ) ile Bilinçli Farkındalık Ölçeği (BİFÖ) ve Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği (PİOÖ) arasındaki ilişkiye bakılmıştır. Bulgular: AFA sonucunda toplam varyansın %55,50'sini açıklayan, 15 madde ve dört faktörden oluşan bir yapı elde edilmiştir. DFA sonucunda 15 maddelik dört faktörlü yapının iyi uyum değerleri ortaya koyduğu ve bir model olarak doğrulandığı tespit edilmiştir. Ölçüt geçerliliği sonucunda SYFÖ ile BİFÖ ve PİOÖ arasında pozitif yönde ve anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Güvenirlilik aşaması Cronbach alfa katsayısı ve test tekrar test tekniği ile incelenmiştir. SYFÖ'nün tamamı için Cronbach alfa değeri 0,813 ve test tekrar test güvenirlilik katsayısı 0,849 olarak tespit edilmiş ve ölçeğin yüksek düzeyde güvenilir olduğu kanıtlanmıştır. Sonuç: Yapılan analizler sonucunda, SYFÖ'nün geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu ve bireylerin sağlıklı yaşam farkındalığı düzeylerini ölçmek amacıyla kullanılabileceği söylenebilir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: The aim of this study was to develop a valid and reliable scale that measures the level of awareness of healthy living of individuals. Material and Methods: The study was conducted on 758 individuals in two different samples and four different study groups; draft scale form which was prepared by the researcher by examining related literature and related scales was used as data collection tool. In the study, the opinions of the experts were applied for the scope and appearance validity of the scale, exploratory factor analysis and first and second level confirmatory factor analysis were performed for the validity of the scale, and for the criterion validity, the relationship between SIS and Conscious Awareness Scale and Psychological Well-being Scale were examined. Results: As a result of exploratory factor analysis, a structure consisting of 15 items and four factors explaining 55.50% of the total variance was obtained. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis, it was found that the four-factor structure with 15 items revealed good fit values and was confirmed as a model. As a result of the criterion validity, a positive and significant relationship was found between SIS and Conscious Awareness Scale and Psychological Well-being Scale. The reliability stage was investigated by Cronbach alpha coefficient and test-retest technique. The Cronbach's alpha value was 0.813 and the test-retest reliability coefficient was found to be 0.849 for the entire SIFS, and the scale proved to be highly reliable. Conclusion: As a result of the analyzes, it can be said that SIFS is a valid and reliable measurement tool and can be used to measure healthy living awareness levels of individuals.

1. TERMS OF USE

1.1. To use the web pages with http://www.turkiyeklinikleri.com domain name or the websites reached through the sub domain names attached to the domain name (They will be collectively referred as "SITE"), please read the conditions below. 4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. 8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW
