ÖZET
 Amaç: Türkiye'de terör ile ilgili yayımlanmış lisansüstü tezlerin; amaçlarını, sonuçlarını ve önerilerini meta-sentez yöntemi ile değerlendirme hedefiyle bu araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu kapsamda 07.03.2019 tarihi itibarıyla Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanındaki 1991-2018 yılları arasında yayınlanmış, anahtar kelimeleri arasında 'terör' kelimesi geçen 468 tez meta-sentez yöntemiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Tezler; üniversite, enstitü, program, tür, konu, yıl, özellik (yüksek lisans/doktora), amaç, araştırma deseni, sonuç ve öneriler açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemiyle çözümlenmiştir. Bulgular: Yapılan analizler sonucunda, terör ile ilişkili tezlerin çoğunlukla Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü tarafından üretilmiş derleme türünde yüksek lisans tezleri olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Özgün araştırma olarak hazırlanmış tezlerin %77,2'sinde niteliksel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. 2010-2018 yılları arasında önemli bir dağılım gösteren terör ile ilişkili tezler genellikle uluslararası ilişkiler, kamu yönetimi ve siyasal bilimler konularında yapılmıştır. Değerlendirilen 468 tezden 90 (%24,1)'ı, ulaşmış olduğu sonuçlardan yola çıkarak, terör konusunun çözümüne yönelik oluşturduğu önerilere açık bir şekilde yer vermiştir. Sonuç: Tezler genel olarak; terör/terör örgütü analizi ve mücadele stratejilerini amaçlamakta, terörle mücadeleye ilişkin sonuçlara erişmekte ve teröre ilişkin tedbirleri veya düzenlemeleri/müdahaleleri kapsayan önerilerde bulunmaktadır.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: The purpose of this research is evaluating of the published thesis objectives related to terrorism in Turkey according to the aims, results and suggestions for using the meta-synthesis methods. Material and Methods: In this direction, it was determined which thesis, aims, results and suggestions reached. In this context, 468 thesis with the keyword 'terror" published in the database of Council of Higher Education National Thesis Center between the years 1991-2018 until 07.03.2019 were evaluated with meta-synthesis method. Thesis; university, institute, program, type, subject, year, feature (master/doctorate), purpose, research design, results and recommendations were evaluated. The data obtained in the research were analyzed by content analysis method. Results: As a result of the analyzes, mostly thesis related to terrorism; It is revealed that there are Master's thesis in the review type and produced by the Institute of Social Sciences. Qualitative research methods were used in 77.2% of original research thesis. The topics of the thesis related to terrorism, which show an important distribution between 2010-2018; international relations, public administration and political sciences. 90 (24.1%) of the 468 thesis evaluated clearly stated their suggestions for the solution of the terror issue based on the results they had reached. Conclusion: Thesis in general; it aims at the analysis of terrorism/terrorist organizations and strategies for counterterrorism, reaching conclusions on the counterterrorism and making recommendations covering terrorism measures or regulations/interventions.

1. TERMS OF USE

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
