ÖZET
Amaç: Anoreksiya nervoza (AN) hastalarının bağlanma stillerini incelemektir. Bunun yanında, bağlanma stillerine paralel olarak bu hastalardaki depresyon ve intihar davranışını araştırmak ve korelasyonunu ortaya çıkarmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: AN tanısı almış, bir psikiyatri kliniğinde yatarak tedavi gören hastaların yakın ilişkilerinde kurdukları bağlanma biçemlerinin ve depresyon-anksiyeteyle bağlantısının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Buna ek olarak, yaşanan depresyonun- anksiyetenin düzeyine ve derinliğine bağlı olarak da intihar düşünceleri, planları ve girişimlerinin derecesi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla AN tanısı almış ve tedavisi devam etmekte olan 20 kadın hasta ile herhangi bir ruhsal bozukluk tanısı almamış 30 kadın denek, bahsedilen değişkenler açısından karşılaştırılmıştır. Kontrol grubu, uygun örnekleme yolu ile elde edilmiştir. Karşılaştırma için kullanılan ölçekler Erişkin Bağlanma Biçemi Ölçeği, Hamilton Depresyon Derecelendirme Ölçeği, Hamilton Anksiyete Derecelendirme Ölçeği ve Yeme Tutumu Testi 40 ve Demografik Bilgi Formu'dur. Bulgular: Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre AN hastaları ile herhangi bir ruhsal bozukluk tanısı almamış kontrol grubu denekleri arasında bağlanma biçemleri açısından farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Hasta grubundaki deneklerin bağlanma biçemleri kaçıngan bağlanma şeklinde iken kontrol grubu deneklerinde güvenli bağlanma biçemi tespit edilmiştir. Benzer şekilde, hasta grubu deneklerinin depresyon ve anksiyete düzeylerinin kontrol grubu deneklerine göre daha fazla olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç: Kendine zarar verme davranışı, intihar düşüncesi, planı ve girişiminde bulunma açısından hasta ve kontrol grupları arasında anlamlı bir farklılaşma tespit edilmemiştir.

ABSTRACT
Objective: Examine attachment style of hospitalized patients with anorexia nervosa (AN). It aims to investigate depression and suicidal behavior in these patients and reveal correlations parallel to the attachment style. Material and Methods: This study also intent to examine depression and anxiety characteristics of patients hospitalized at a psychiatric clinic with a diagnosis of AN, besides their attachment style that they have established in close relationships. It aims to determine depression-anxiety experienced level also suicidal thoughts, plans and attempts degree depending on depth. To this end, 20 female patients who were diagnosed with AN and 30 women not diagnosed with any psychiatric disorder subjects were compared with each other in terms of the above-mentioned variables. The control group was obtained by convenient sampling model. The scales used in the study; Adult Attachment Scale, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety and Eating Attitudes Test 40. Results: According to the results of the study, it has been determined differences in attachment stylesbetween hospitalized patients with ANand the control subjects without any psychiatric diagnosis. While attachment style of subjects in the patients group were avoidant attachment, in the control group subjects were secure attachment style. It has been also found high levels of depression and anxiety in the patients group compared to the control group. Conclusion: In terms of self-harm behavior, suicidal thoughts, plans and attempts, it has not been found a significant difference between patient and control groups.
