ÖZET
 Amaç: Bu araştırmada amaç, ergenlerde sağlık okuryazarlığı düzeyi ile sağlığı geliştirici ve koruyucu davranışları arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu araştırma kesitsel tipte bir araştırmadır. Bir üniversiteye kayıtlı 9.115 öğrenci araştırmanın evrenini oluşturdu. Örneklem büyüklüğü hesaplama tablosuna göre %90 güven aralığında minimum örneklem büyüklüğünün 157 olması gerektiği belirlendi. Araştırmanın örneklemini 298 öğrenci oluşturdu. Araştırmanın verileri, Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Ergenlerde Sağlık Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği ve Ergenlerde Sağlığı Geliştirici ve Koruyucu Davranışlar Ölçeği ile toplandı. İstatistiksel çözümleme için SPSS 24.0 programı kullanıldı. Verilerin istatistiksel analizinde yüzde, frekans değerleri, bağımsız gruplarda t-testi, Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis testleri ve regresyon analizi kullanıldı. Bulgular: Araştırmada, ergenlerin sağlık okuryazarlığı toplam puan ortalamalarının 131,11±20,799, Sağlığı Geliştirici ve Koruyucu Davranışlar Ölçeği toplam puan ortalamalarının 192,70±25,036 ile orta düzeyde olduğu belirlendi. Sağlık Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği ile Sağlığı Geliştirici ve Koruyucu Davranışlar Ölçeği arasında pozitif yönlü orta düzeyde anlamlı ilişki olduğu bulundu. Sağlık Okuryazarlığı Ölçeği toplam skoru ile alt boyutlarından erişim ve değerlendirmenin, sağlığı geliştirici ve koruyucu davranışlar üzerinde pozitif yönde anlamlı etki gösterdiği belirlendi. Sonuç: Araştırmanın sonunda, ergen bireylerin sağlık okuryazarlığı düzeylerinin, sağlığı geliştirici ve koruyucu davranışlar üzerinde etkisi olabileceği görüldü. Bu doğrultuda, ergen bireyleri sağlıklı davranışlara yönlendirmek için sağlık okuryazarlıklarını geliştirmeye yönelik girişimler planlanmalıdır.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between health literacy level and health promotion and protective behaviors in adolescents. Material and Methods: This study is a cross-sectional study. 9,115 students enrolled in a university constituted the population of the study. According to the sample size calculation table, it was determined that the minimum sample size should be 157 at 90% confidence interval. The sample of the study consisted of 298 students. The data were collected using the Personal Information Form, Health Literacy Scale for Adolescents and Health Promoting and Protective Behaviors Scale for Adolescents. SPSS 24.0 program was used for statistical analysis. Percentage, frequency values, t-test, MannWhitney U, Kruskal-Wallis tests and regression analysis were used in statistical analysis of the data. Results: In the study, it was determined that the mean total score of adolescents' health literacy was 131.11±20.799 and the mean total score of the Health Promoting and Protective Behaviors scale was 192.70±25.036 at a moderate level. It was found that there was a positive and moderately significant relationship between the Health Literacy Scale and the Health Promoting and Protective Behaviors Scale. It was determined that the total score of the Health Literacy Scale and its sub-dimensions of access and evaluation had a significant positive effect on health-promoting and protective behaviors. Conclusion: At the end of the study, it was seen that health literacy levels of advanced adolescents may have an effect on health promoting and protective behaviors. In this direction, interventions to improve health literacy should be planned to guide adolescents towards healthy behaviors.

Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
