ÖZET
 Amaç: Üniversite yılları, öğrencilerde önemli yaşam tarzı değişikliklerinin meydana geldiği kritik bir dönem olarak düşünülmektedir. Bu dönemde oluşan fiziksel hareketsizlik, ilerleyen yıllarda sağlığı olumsuz etkileyebilir. Bu noktadan hareketle, bu çalışmanın amacı, ilçe kampüsünde öğrenim gören üniversite öğrencilerinin fiziksel aktivite düzeylerinin ve ilişkili faktörlerin belirlenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: İlçede öğrenim gören 190 üniversite öğrencisi ile araştırma tamamlandı. Araştırmada 'Tanımlayıcı Özellikleri Formu', 'Günlük Yaşam Alışkanlıkları Formu', 'Uluslararası Fiziksel Aktivite Anketi- Kısa Formu' kullanıldı. Bulgular: Araştırma kapsamına alınan öğrencilerin yaş ortalamasının 20,09±2,4 (18-38) yıl, bazal metabolik hıza karşılık gelen toplam metabolik eş değerlik [metabolic equivalent for task (MET)] puan ortalamalarının 2569,7±3833,3; beden kitle indeks (BKİ) puan ortalamasının ise 22,95±7,8 olduğu saptandı. Erkek öğrencilerin MET toplam puan ortalamalarının ve BKİ puan ortalamalarının kadın öğrencilerden düşük olduğu bulundu. Üniversitenin spor kulübünde veya spor salonunda spor yapanlar ile bilgisayar ve televizyon karşısında hiç zaman geçirmeyen veya bir saatten daha az zaman geçirenlerin MET puan ortalamaları yüksek bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Öğrencilerin fiziksel aktivite konusunda alışkanlık kazanımı ile ilgili bilgi düzeylerinin artması, fiziki alanların yapılandırılması ve öğrencilerin aktiviteye teşvik edilmesinin pozitif kazanımlar sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Üniversitelerdeki sportif faaliyetlerin teşviki ve fiziki ortamların iyileştirilmesi için bu ve buna benzer çalışmalarda elde edilen bilgiler rehber olarak kullanılabilir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: University years are considered as a critical period in which important lifestyle changes take place in students. Physical inactivity during this period may negatively affect health in the following years. From this point of view, the aim of this study is to determine the physical activity levels and related factors of university students studying in the district campus. Material and Methods: The research was completed with 190 university students studying in the district campus. In the research, 'Descriptive Characteristics Form', 'Daily Living Habits Form', 'International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form' were administered. Results: The mean age of students included in the study was 20.09±2.4 (18-38) years, the mean 'metabolic equivalent for task (MET)' scores was 2569.7±3833.3 and the body mass index (BMI) score mean was 22.95±7.8. The MET and BMI mean scores of the male students were found to be lower than the female students. The MET mean scores were found to be higher for those who did sports in the sports club or sports hall of the university; those who spent less than one hour and those who do not spend any time playing computer and watching television. Conclusion: It is thought that increasing awareness of students about acquiring physical activity as a habit, structuring the physical areas and encouraging the students to activity will provide positive gains. The information obtained from such studies can be used as a guide to improve the incentives and physical environment of sporting activities in universities.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
