ÖZET
 Amaç: Okunabilirlik ve kalite kavramları, bir metnin okunma kolaylığı ve sunduğu bilgilerin güvenirliliğini ifade etmekte kullanılır. Bruksizm toplumda sık görülen diş sıkma ve/veya gıcırdatma olarak tanımlanan parafonksiyonel bir alışkanlıktır. İnternet kullanımının yaygınlaşması ile hastalar bruksizm hakkındaki verilere ilk olarak web üzerinden erişmektedirler. Bu çalışmanın amacı, bruksizm hakkında bilgi sunan Türkçe web sitelerinin okunabilirlik ve kalite açısından değerlendirilmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Google ve Yandex arama motorlarında ''bruksizm'' anahtar kelimesi kullanılarak arama yapılmıştır. Her iki arama motorunda da ilk 16 web sayfasına erişim sağlanıp, 103 web sitesi çalışmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Tekrarlanan web siteleri, akademik yayınlar, çerez politikası yürüten sayfalar ile resim, video ve reklam içerikli siteler çalışmaya dâhil edilmemiştir. Ateşman okunabilirlik analizi, Tüketici Sağlığı Bilgileri için Kalite Kriterleri [Quality Criteria for Consumer Health Information (DISCERN)] ve Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) kalite indeksleri ile çalışılmıştır. Bulgular: Çalışmaya dâhil edilen 103 web sitesinden en yüksek oran özel diş kliniklerine (%48,5) ikinci olarak diş hekimi kişisel sayfalarına (%18,4) ve özel sağlık kuruluşlarına (%12,6) aitti. İncelenen web sitelerinin Ateşman okunabilirlik indeksi 56,7±8,9 (14,9-72,4), DISCERN puanı 46,5±12,4 (15-76), JAMA indeks puanı 1,6±1,1 (0-4) olarak hesaplandı. Sonuç: Bu çalışmaya göre bruksizm ile ilgili metinlerin okunabilirliği genel popülasyon için orta zorlukta tespit edilmiştir. Metinler makul düzeyde açıklayıcı ve güvenilir değildir. İnternet kaynakları yayımlanmadan önce; güvenilirlik kriterlerine ve okunabilirlik düzeyinin kolay olmasına dikkat edilerek hazırlanması, hastalar açısından anlaşılabilir ve etkili olacaktır.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: The concepts of readability and quality are used to express the ease of reading of a text and the reliability of the information it presents. Bruxism is a parafunctional habit defined as clenching and/or grinding, which is common in society. With the widespread use of the internet, patients first access data about bruxism over the web. The aim of this study is to evaluate Turkish websites providing information about bruxism in terms of readability and quality. Material and Methods: Google and Yandex search engines were searched using the keyword ''bruxism''. The first 16 web pages in both search engines were accessed and 103 websites were included in the study. Repeated websites, academic publications, pages with cookie policy, and sites with images, videos and advertisements were not included in the study. Ateşman readability analysis, Quality Criteria for Consumer Health Information (DISCERN) and Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA) quality indexes. Results: Of the 103 websites included in the study, highest percentage belonged to private dental clinics (48.5%), followed by dentist personal pages (18.4%) and private health institutions (12.6%). The Ateşman readability index of the examined websites was 56.7±8.9 (14.9-72.4), the DISCERN score was 46.5±12.4 (15-76), the JAMA index score was 1.6±1.1 (0-4). Conclusion: According to this study; the readability of texts about bruxism were found to be of medium difficulty for the general population. The texts are not reasonably descriptive and reliable. Before publishing internet resources, it will be understandable and effective for patients to prepare them by paying attention to reliability criteria and easy readability level.

1. TERMS OF USE

1.1. - Providing scientific articles, books and informative publications for health industry.

- Providing structural, statistical and editorial support to article preparation stage for scientific journals.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. "Turkiye Klinikleri" is completely free to determine which of the services and contents provided in the "SITE" will be charged.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Every USER agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not proceed by any function or action infringement of rights of "Turkiye Klinikleri"s and/or other third parties', they are the exclusive right holder on usage, processing, storage, made public and revealing any written, visual or auditory information reported to Turkiye Klinikleri" and/or "SITE" to the third parties. Any harm, criminal and civil liability resulted or will result from changes and/or corrections required by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and were not made on time by the "USER"s belongs completely to the users.

4.8. "Turkiye Klinikleri" may give links through the "SITE" to other websites and/or "CONTEXT"s and/or folders that are outside of their control and owned and run by third parties. These links are provided for ease of reference only and do not hold qualification for support the respective web SITE or the admin or declaration or guarantee for the information inside. 7. FORCE MAJEURE

"Turkiye Klinikleri" is not responsible for executing late or never of this hereby "Terms of Use", privacy policy and "USER Contract" in any situation legally taken into account as force majeure. Being late or failure of performance or non-defaulting of this and similar cases like this will not be the case from the viewpoint of "Turkiye Klinikleri", and "Turkiye Klinikleri" will not have any damage liability for these situations. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
