ÖZET
 Amaç: Günümüzde yaşanan teknolojik gelişmeler, internet kullanımının hızla yaygınlaşmasına ve yaşamın kolaylaşmasına neden olmuştur. Ancak teknolojik gelişmeleri yakından takip eden ve daha sık kullanan gençler arasında internet bağımlılığı gelişme riskini de gündeme getirmiştir. Bağımlılık yapıcı maddeleri kullanan kişilerde diğer bağımlılıkların gelişme riski daha fazladır. Yapılan araştırmalar sonucunda sigara bağımlısı kişilerde internet bağımlılığının sigara içmeyenlere göre daha sık görüldüğü bildirilmiştir. Üniversite dönemine rastlayan 18-25 yaş aralığı, interneti en sık kullanan yaş grubu olarak tanımlanmış olup, mevcut çalışmada İnternet Bağımlılığı Ölçeği, Ankara Üniversitesi sigara bağımlısı öğrencilerinde uygulanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Selim Günüç tarafından geliştirilen İnternet Bağımlılık Ölçeği'nin, Ankara Üniversitesi sigara bağımlısı öğrencilerinde geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik çalışmasını yapmaktır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu çalışmanın örneklemini, Ankara Üniversitesinde hukuk fakültesi, tıp fakültesi, mühendislik fakültesi öğrencisi olan ve kendisini sigara bağımlısı olarak tanımlayan gönüllü 120 öğrenci oluşturdu. Veriler, Bilgilendirilmiş Gönüllü Olur Formu ve 35 maddeden oluşan İnternet Bağımlılık Ölçeği ile toplandı. Verilerin analizinde, içerik geçerliliği için Kaiser-Meyer- Olkin (KMO) ve Bartlett's testi, güvenilirlik çalışmasında Cronbach alfa katsayısı kullanıldı. Bulgular: Ölçeğin geçerlilik analiz sonucu KMO değeri %88,1 ve Barlett küresellik testi ki-kare değeri 2661,017 olarak bulundu. Ölçeğin Cronbach alfa katsayısı 0,943 olup, yüksek güvenilirlik derecesine sahip olduğu belirlendi. Sonuç: Günüç tarafından geliştirilen İnternet Bağımlılık Ölçeği'nin geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik düzeyi oldukça yüksektir. Ölçeğin, sigara bağımlısı üniversite öğrencilerinin internet bağımlılığının değerlendirilmesinde kullanılması önerilmektedir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: Nowadays, technological developments have led to the widespread use of the internet and to make life easier. However, it has raised the risk of developing internet addiction among young people who follow technological developments and use them more frequently. People who use addictive substances are increased at risk of developing other addictions. As a result of the research, internet addiction is more common among smokers than non-smokers. Since the undergraduates in the age range of 18-25 is defined as the most common age group using the internet, the Internet Addiction Scale (IAC) was applied to cigarette addicted students of Ankara University. The aim of this research is to evaluate the validity and reliability of IAC developed by Günüç. Material and Methods: The sample consists of 120 voluntary students who defined themselves as cigarette addict of faculties of law, medicine and engineering at Ankara University. The data were collected with Informed Volunteer Form and the 35-item IAC. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) and Bartlett's test for content validity and Cronbach alpha coefficient for data reliability were used. Results: The result of the validity analysis of the scale, KMO and Bartlett's test values were found to be %88,1 and 2661,017, respectively. The Cronbach alpha coefficient of the scale was 0,943 which showed a strong degree of reliability. Conclusion: The IAC, which has a high level of validity and reliability is recommended to use for evaluating of internet addiction of cigarette addicted university students.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. "Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
