ÖZET
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, hastanelerde görev alan idari sağlık çalışanlarının bulundukları kurumdaki uygulanan liderlik tarzı algılarının, değişime direnç üzerindeki etkisinin ölçülmesidir. Araştırmada, hastanelerde değişim sırasında çalışanların, yöneticilerinin nasıl bir liderlik tarzı sergilediklerine yönelik algılarını incelemesi ve liderlik tarzının değişime direnç algısı üzerinde etkisini incelemesi açısından önem arz etmektedir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırmada nicel veri toplama yöntemlerinden anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada hedef evren olarak İstanbul ili Avrupa Yakası Bakırköy ilçesinde yer alan özel hastanelerde görev alan idari sağlık çalışanları belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın evrenini, bu 4 özel hastanede görev yapan toplam 120 idari sağlık çalışanı oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem seçimi aşamasında ise örneklem grubu idari sağlık çalışanlarından (hasta hizmetleri, insan kaynakları, pazarlama, kalite, muhasebe, lojistik, kurumsal iletişim ve bilgi yönetim personeli) oluşması sebebiyle gelişigüzel örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Nicel veri toplama süreci tamamlandıktan sonra değişkenler arasındaki ikili ilişki derecelerini belirlemek amacıyla korelasyon analizi, etkiyi ölçmek için regresyon analizi ve tanımlayıcı istatistikler kullanılmıştır. Veriler %95 güven aralığında analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular: Katılımcı liderlik tarzı ile değişime direnç arasında orta düzeyde negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki; otokratik liderlik tarzı ile değişime direnç arasında düşük düzeyde pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki ve serbestiyetçi liderlik tarzı ile değişime direnç arasında orta düzeyde pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki var olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Katılımcı liderliğin değişime direnç üzerinde negatif yönde, otokratik liderlik ve serbestiyetçi liderliğin ise pozitif yönde ve anlamlı etkisi bulunmaktadır. Sonuç: Katılımcı liderliğin uygulanması değişime direnç algısını azaltırken; otokratik ve serbestiyetçi liderliğin uygulanmasının çalışanların değişime direnç algısını artırdığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

ABSTRACT
Objective: The main purpose of this study is to measure the effect of the leadership style perceptions of the administrative health workers working in the hospitals on the resistance to change. The research is important in terms of examining the perceptions of the managers of the employees during the change in hospitals and examining whether the leadership style has an effect on the perception of resistance to change. Material and Methods: Questionnaire method, one of the quantitative data collection methods, was used in the research. Administrative health workers working in private hospitals located in Bakırköy, on the European side of İstanbul, were determined as the target population of the study. The universe of the study consists of a total of 120 administrative health workers working in these 4 private hospitals. In the sample selection stage, the random sampling method was used since the sample group consisted of administrative health workers (patient services, human resources, marketing, quality, accounting, logistics, corporate communication and information management personnel). After the quantitative data collection process was completed, correlation analysis was used to determine the degree of bilateral relationship between the variables, regression analysis and descriptive statistics were used to measure the effect. Data were analyzed at 95% confidence interval. Results: A moderately negative and significant relationship between participatory leadership style and resistance to change; it has been determined that there is a low-level positive significant relationship between autocratic leadership style and resistance to change, and a moderately positive significant relationship between liberal leadership style and resistance to change. Participatory leadership has a negative effect on resistance to change, while autocratic leadership and liberal leadership have a positive and significant effect. Conclusion: While the implementation of participatory leadership reduces the perception of change resistance; it was concluded that the application of autocratic and liberal leadership increased the employees' perception of change resistance.

4.2. People benefiting from the services provided by "Turkiye Klinikleri" and using the website can use the "SITE" only according to the law and only for personal reasons. Users have the criminal and civil liability for every process and action they take in the "SITE". Also, force majeure situations include but not limited to natural disasters, rebellion, war, strike, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failure, power cut and bad weather conditions.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
