ÖZET
 Amaç: Mevcut araştırmanın amacı, yaşlı erişkinlik döneminde yaşlı cinselliğine yönelik tutumlarla ilişkili faktörleri saptamaktır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Çalışmanın örneklemini İzmir ve Ankara'da yaşayan ve yaşları 60-86 arasında değişen 127 yaşlı erişkin oluşturmaktadır. Katılımcıların %61,4'ü (n=78) kadındır. Katılımcılara; 'Yaşlı Bireyler için Cinsel Tutum Ölçeği', 'Kısa Form-12 Sağlık Ölçeği', 'Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği', 'Cinsel Mitler Ölçeği' ve kişisel bilgi formu uygulanmıştır. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkileri incelemek için korelasyon analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca yaşlı erişkinlerin yaşlı cinselliğine yönelik tutumlarını yordayan değişkenleri saptamak amacıyla 4 aşamalı hiyerarşik regresyon analizi yürütülmüştür. Bulgular: Gerçekleştirilen korelasyon analizi sonucunda, yaşlı cinselliğine yönelik tutum ile yaş ve cinsel mitler arasında olumsuz yönde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı; yaşlı cinselliğine yönelik tutum ile genel sağlık ve psikolojik iyi oluş arasında olumlu yönde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Hiyerarşik regresyon analizi sonucunda ise ilk aşamada cinsiyet, yaş ve eğitim düzeyi değişkenlerinin, ikinci aşamada genel sağlık, üçüncü aşamada psikolojik iyi oluş ve son aşamada cinsel mitler değişkenlerinin yaşlı erişkinlerde cinselliğe yönelik tutumları yordadığı saptanmıştır. Regresyon analizinde açıklanan toplam varyans %34 olarak bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Bu çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular demografik özelliklerin yanı sıra genel sağlık, psikolojik iyi oluş ve cinsel mitlerin yaşlılara yönelik tutumlarla ilişkili olduğunu göstermiştir. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmanın, yaşlı erişkinlerde cinsel refahı artırmak ve yaşlı bireylerle çalışan halk sağlığı profesyonelleri için gelecekteki müdahaleleri geliştirmek açısından yol gösterici olabileceği düşünülmektedir.

ABSTRACT
 Objective: The current study aimed to determine the factors associated with attitudes towards elderly sexuality in older adulthood. Material and Methods: The sample consisted of 127 older adults aged between 60 and 86 living in İzmir and Ankara. In total, 61.4% (n=78) of the participants were women. 'Sexual Attitude Scale for Elderly People', 'Short Form-12 Health Survey', 'Psychological Well-Being Scale', 'Sexual Myths Scale' and demographic information form were applied to the participants. Correlation analysis was performed to examine the relationships among the variables. In addition, a four-step hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to determine the variables predicting attitudes towards elderly sexuality. Results: While there was a statistically significant negative relationship between attitudes towards the elderly sexuality and age and sexual myths, a statistically significant positive relationship was found between attitudes towards the elderly sexuality and general health and psychological wellbeing. Moreover, it was determined that gender, age, and education level in the first step, general health in the second step, psychological well-being in the third step, and sexual myths in the last step predicted attitudes towards elderly sexuality. The total variance explained was found to be 34%. Conclusion: This study showed that some demographic characteristics, general health, psychological well-being, and sexual myths were associated with attitudes towards elderly sexuality. Therefore, it can be a guide in terms of increasing sexual well-being in older adults and developing interventions for public health professionals working with older individuals.

"Force majeure" term will be regarded as outside of the concerned party's reasonable control and any situation that "Turkiye Klinikleri" cannot prevent even though it shows due diligence. 8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE".
