ÖZET
Amaç: Kaçırma korkusu, psikoloji alanında ortaya çıkan ve son yıllarda tüketim psikolojisi ve tüketici davranışları alanında dikkat çeken bir konudur. Bununla birlikte kaçırma korkusu kavramının, teorik olarak gelişme aşamasında olduğu ve mevcut kaçırma korkusu ölçeklerinin etkinliklere yönelik kaçırma korkusunu ölçmede yetersiz kaldığını ifade etmek mümkündür. Bu çalışmanın amacı, serbest zaman etkinlikleri bağlamında Gelişmeleri Kaçırma Korkusu Ölçeği'nin Türkçe formunun geçerlik ve güvenirliğini incelemektir. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırma, toplam 553 kişinin katılımıyla 2 ardışık çalışma şeklinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlk çalışmada 243 kişiden elde edilen verilere Açıklayıcı Faktör Analizi, 310 kişinin katılımı ile gerçekleştirilen 2. çalışmanın verilerine ise Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Açıklayıcı Faktör Analizi sonuçlarına göre ölçek maddelerinin 0,938-0,657 arasında faktör yük değerlerine sahip 2 faktör altında toplandığı ve toplam varyansın %75'ini açıkladığı tespit edilmiştir. Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi sonucu modelde 2 modifikasyon gerçekleştirilmiş ve modelin iyi/kabul edilebilir uyum indeks değerlerine sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir (χ2/sd=2,406, Uyum İyiliği İndeksi=0,96, Düzeltilmiş Uyum İyiliği İndeksi=0,93, Tucker-Lewis İndeksi=0,97, Karşılaştırmalı Uyum İndeksi=0,98, yaklaşık hataların ortalama kare kökü=0,067, standartlaştırılmış hata kareler ortalamasının karekökü=0,045). Ek olarak ölçeğin benzeşim ve ayırt edici geçerliğinin sağlandığı ve ölçek güvenirlik katsayılarının kabul edilebilir değerler aldığı görülmüştür. Bulgular, serbest zaman etkinlikleri bağlamında bireylerin gelişmeleri kaçırma korkusunu ölçmek için bu ölçüm aracının Türkçe versiyonunun kullanılabileceğini göstermektedir. Sonuç: Gelişmeleri Kaçırma Korkusu Ölçeği, serbest zaman etkinliklerine yönelik bireylerin kaçırma korkusu yönelimini değerlendirmenin yanı sıra tüketici araştırmalarında etkinliklere yönelik kaçırma korkusunun daha geniş bir bağlamda incelemesine, kaçırma korkusu ile ilgili yapılar arasındaki ilişki ve nedenselliğin test edilme olasılığına katkıda bulunmaktadır.

ABSTRACT
Objective: Fear of missing out is a topic that has emerged in the field of psychology and has attended in the field of consumption psychology and consumer behavior in recent years. However, it is possible to state that the concept of fear of is under development theoretically and that the current Fear of Missing Out Scales are insufficient to measure fear of missing out for events. Within this scope, the aim of the study was to examine the validity and reliability of the fear of missing out scale in the context of leisure activities for Turkish form. Material and Methods: The study was carried out in 2 successive studies with the participation of 553 samples in total. In the 1st study, Explanatory Factor Analysis was applied to the data obtained from 243 participants, and Confirmatory Factor Analysis was performed for the data of the 2nd study, which was carried out with the participation of 310. Results: According to the results of the Explanatory Factor Analysis, it was determined that the scale items were gathered under 2 factors with factor loading values between 0.938 and 0.657 and explained 75% of the total variance. As a result of Confirmatory Factor Analysis, 2 modifications were made to the model and it was determined that the model had good/acceptable fit index values (χ2 /df=2.406, Goodnessof-fit Index=0.96, Adjusted Goodness-of-fit Index=0.93, Tucker-Lewis Index=0.97, Comperative Fit Index=0.98, root mean square error of approximation=0.067, standardized root mean square residual=0.045). In addition, it was observed that the convergent and discriminant validity of the scale was ensured and the reliability coefficients of the scale were acceptable. Our findings showed that the Turkish version of this measurement tool could be used to measure individuals' fear of missing out in the context of leisure activities. Conclusion: The Fear of Missing Out Scale, in addition to assessing individuals' fear of missing out on leisure activities, contributes to a broader examination of fear of missing out in consumer research, improve the possibility of testing the relationship and causality between structures related to fear of missing out.

8. LAW AND AUTHORISATION TO FOLLOW

Turkish Law will be applied in practicing, interpreting the hereby "Terms of Use" and managing the emerging legal relationships within this "Terms of Use" in case of finding element of foreignness, except for the rules of Turkish conflict of laws. Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices are entitled in any controversy happened or may happen due to hereby contract.

9. CLOSING AND AGREEMENT

Hereby "Terms of Use" come into force when announced in the "SITE" by "Turkiye Klinikleri". The users are regarded to agree to hereby contract terms by using the "SITE". "Turkiye Klinikleri" may change the contract terms and the changes will be come into force by specifying the version number and the date of change on time it is published in the "SITE".
